The burger was good, nothing to make me want to visit again. The wings however, were better than the burger in my opinion. Will go back for the asian sauced wings.

Never received silverware and asked twice. Tobacco onions were burnt and cold. Burger way over priced. Asked for medium rare and I got medium well to well. Server diss nothing about it. Very nice server but poor service. Fries were hot and good.

We have loved this Burger Bar every time we visit Chicago, but this time it was just okay. Drinks were watered down and the burger wasn't as good. We will give them another chance the next time we visit!

One of the worst burgers and the single blandest Caesar salad I've ever had. Came in for a late lunch with more staff around than customers and we work practically ignored. Would rather cross the street for a Subway sandwich (it's not only cheaper but it tastes better too) ps their twisted Tea comes out sparkling
Excellent food! The burger was phenomenal! I felt bad for our server as it seemed as though she was the only one in the whole place. Very friendly and accommodating.

This was my first time being at Burger Bar, I had a party of 6 and they accommodated us very quickly. Their menu is really easy to follow and very creative. They have interesting āSignature Stackersā and the menu photos are really good examples of their execution of their plates. I built my own burger and it was phenomenal, beef was delicious and seared, the pulled pork was amazing, and oh my goodness, I got a side of Guajillo Aioli to try it out and I can say without a doubt it was PHENOMENAL. I wish I couldāve taken a gallon of it home. The Mac & Cheese was pretty good too. The Parmesan Truffle fries were so flavorful I shouldāve placed an order to-go. I pray one day to have a Burger Bar closer to my home town. Highly recommended and kid friendly.

Our burgers were cooked perfectly! They did such an excellent job! I got the urban burger & my hubby got the bacon cheeseburger. We asked for medium rare and they were perfect! The fries & sweet potato fries were also delicious! The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly. They are paperless; so there is a QR code for the menu at your table. We didn't realize this and asked for menus. š¤¦āāļø The waitress was super sweet when letting us know. šThanks for a wonderful meal!!

Their draft beer selection is somewhat limited. There are many unused tap handles.
The beer situation has been corrected, and they now offer a full range of draft beers. Compared to other South Loop bars, this one is quiet. I measured the ambient noise level at 80 dB on a Sunday evening during football season.
