My family was craving burgers so we decided to try this local place and it was completely worth it! I got the rise and grind burger and wow was it delicious. The cheese for the cheese fries was also really good. Will come again!

I ordered the bacon cheese burger. Tater tots with queso on them. I got a bacon cheese burger with queso on it and dry tots. No napkins and no utensils. Need to pay more attention to what's ordered.

Stopped in to get fries and 2 milkshakes with a friend, took about 3 minutes for someone to come to the front, and when I said I wanted to place an order for pickup, he said to use the QR code to place an order and that it would be about 20-30 minutes. I told him it was just fries and milkshakes and he said that that would only take a few minutes. We ordered online and it took 30 minutes to get our food. The owner and a wait staff came by to make sure we had been helped a couple of times, and the server said she would keep an eye out for our food. When we finally got the food, the small box of fries was only about 2/3 full and they were inconsistently textured. Some were soggy in a good way and some were soggy in a bad way, and generally not very good. The milkshakes were very thin and not great, definitely not worth the $10-$11 price tag. I ordered the quadruple chocolate milkshake and it literally tasted like slightly thicker chocolate milk.Overall we were pretty disappointed in both the wait time and the food (especially after having waited so long for it)The vibe is really nice though, and I have gone before for eating in and had a better food experience with my burger then. You should still check it out, but don't spend your money on the milkshakes and be prepared for sub-par friesParking: The only parking is one block over, paid street parking. Roosevelt and Michigan have no parking at all

The besttttttt burgers I ever had!! We had ordered BBQ crispy chicken stacker , urban diner stacker , powerhouse veggie stacker and poutine and we couldn’t even point out any thing that could have been different. Awesome host, the most polite server, absolutely professional. The ambience, the service all were spot on. 100% recommend.

Cool spot, typical sports bar. Unfortunately I'll never come back or recommend it to anyone. When your server repeats your order and still gets it wrong that's a concern. When you have to ask the host to fix your order because the server is nowhere to be found that's another problem. We ordered the impossible burger x4 and even my kids who hardly know anything about grilling or food prep noticed and commented to us that they were "overcooked" and "burnt". The server was nice so I still gave a good tip BUT lack of training and attentiveness is half of the reason this experience was a failure. The WORST part of this meal was (see pictures) when the check came and we were overcharged on our entrees. This should be illegal and for that reason I'll never return or give this place a positive thought.
The service was excellent and I had one of the best burgers that I’ve had in years. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Came here while I was in Chicago with my boyfriend and it was so great we came back the next night . I got the bbq chicken sandwich I definitely recommended , it was delicious! The staff members were attentive , funny and friendly I’m really gonna miss this place when I go back to Michigan. The atmosphere is nice too and they even have a cute Photo Booth in the corner. Thanks so much

Visited Chicago with the girlfriend and this place was so good we had to go 2 days in a row! The manager, Sheridan I believe his name was, was very welcoming and kind. Addison was our server the first night and she was amazing as well! Food and drinks were top notch, I got some Black Cherry Mules, the Urban Diner burger the first night and a BBQ Chicken stacker the second, and both were incredible, along with the truffle fries! Atmosphere is nice, with some good music too. Will definitely be making it a point to come back here the next time I'm in the city. Much love from Michigan ?
