Don't eat here. It's nasty and Lady in the counter with bun hair is rude. Her name is MARIA. Customer service is really bad too. And manager is useless. Don't waste your money here.

This was located in the airport 🛫 Unfortunately, it was early morning hours and we only had breakfast options. There appeared to only be 1 waitress and it was fairly busy. We waited awhile on everything. There food was just ok.

Fast service but that's probably part of the problem.
Well undercooked and barely warm burger for $17?
Nope ..huge FAILURE!

Rude employee. I got a breakfast burger to go because I didn’t know how much time I’d have and didn’t want to rush to ask for a Togo box at the end. When I grabbed my food, the worker behind the counter made sure I wasn’t going to be taking up a table since for asked for it to go.

Lady working the cash register was very rude. There was one other person in line and I was having an issue getting my card unlocked and she rushed me away saying she was the only one there to help anyone. Made me embarrassed and never go here again.

Short staffed. No one managing table seatings. Sitting here at the airport nauseas an hour after eating there. Had the avocado toast and a bloody (bloody was great and why it gets a 3 instead of 1 or 2). They didn’t have Gingerale to go

Good tasting for for an airport. Might be a long walk from your terminal, check google maps.

GF options but were out of GF buns today.

Truly the worst establishment inside of O Hare. The bartender absolutely despises his job and should easily be replaced, worst service ever.

All tables were taken when I ordered so I got my food to go. While waiting, a table opened up but they refused to let me take the table. Horrible service and mediocre food, this place won’t be around long.

Ordered a burger here. Ordered to go thinking I would already have it boxed and ready if needed to leave quickly. Went to sit down at a table and was very abruptly and rudely told by a server I couldn’t sit down if I got it to go. Maybe instead of being rude you could say that at the register.

Rude staff. Walked in at 7:32pm, they close at 8pm; bartender was acting completely annoyed that I showed up. Several people were at the bar and one told me he hadn’t done last call yet. I asked for a glass of wine and he barked back that I’d have to take it to go. The person next to me even commented on how unnecessarily rude he was.

Waiting 20+ mins to not even be greeted or acknowledged. Total BS. when I very politely asked if I was going to be able to order, waitress was rude and unapologetic. Food looked and smelled good but service was awful.

I ordered a simple old fashion and was charged $32. When asked about it, the server or bartender chuckled and said it was standard pricing. Even for an airport, this is outrageous. I fly every weekend and typically the pricing is $16-22 a drink… he claimed i ordered a double which was a complete lie and definitely did not taste like a double. He never asked us for another drink (thank god..) so service was pretty bad too… I am not sure if it was because I am a female and they were predatory, or if I was just unlucky. Either way, absolutely the worst experience.

We got to chicago airport they were not even close and did not want to serve us got here 8:15 pm they said it was close and people were still seating on tables.
Very disappointed since we still had another flight to catch !
