Zero stars , can't walk in ..super slow service although the staff is friendly. No sign on door stating no walk ups in drive thru , they left me behind a truck for 10 minutes..

Today was a good day, as they was not pertisapatjngWith n.w.o (neighborhood watch organization-s).Spikiing my food, long line delay, even slow soda pop only orders, bullying picking acts at window and on.ice in soda when asked for none, pickles after asking for none, etc.too coming out to play clean up lotbut only clean armed (like wanting to see my identity. Then back inn.By these they break laws, discrimination, they have even. Loved store early then postedtime business.

Seems that this is the only BK that does not comply with corporate webpage for weekly deals. I am a registered BK customer and been all over Chicagoland eating my favorite whopper and this is the only location that believes they don't need to comply and honor any specials. The whopper is the only consistency as taste here with the unusual non customer friendly attitude. This is the only BK in South loop other than McD in the next street over. I would recommend that this store would need to re-do their corporate vows to customers.

This is hands down the worst fast food restaurant in America. It you're lucky (maybe unlucky) they are open. I live next store I'm praying they get shut down soon. They do no open on time then randomly lock the door through out the day. Most recent stop I waited 30 minutes for the four people in front of me to get there food while the line wrapped around. There was zero urgency to do anything they would just give a blank stare and mope around. Of the four people who received their orders two came back because it was wrong. One of the others stood there for 10 minutes waiting for ketchup packets. I'm sure the employees are really nice people but they seemed to be completely checked out. If there was a manager there they were not noticeable at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

I only ever get an Impossible Whopper and I've gotten it twice from this location. I love the flame-broiled flavor and the toppings were fresh which makes this burger the bomb! I don't even get fries, just the whopper.

Ordered pickup. Walked round to get it, doors locked. Tried to call, no answer. Kept trying and they eventually answered and said to join the drive thru lane ON FOOT to get it. Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Left without getting food. Not worth the embarrassment or tedium of standing in a line of cars in 90 degree weather.

People who wants a job should work here. I came in yesterday at 6:30. The young lady refuse to turn around and acknowledge me. I asked for a receipt she told me the machine is broken. After I told her I always write reviews. Poor customer service. Avoid at all cost.
Service was a bit slow, but they seem to have low number of staff. Food was Burger King good. Thank you for serving us today.

I wish I could give zero stars. The food was sooo bad ! The oil was super old and everything we ordered was almost black ! We had ordered burgers, chicken fried , nuggets and jalapeño poppers and had a bit from eat and just threw out the whole thing. Worst experience ever.
