I feel like they don't like black people there. Also, they have out of order signs on the washroom, when they work. I think the guy let me use it because I was in a wheelchair. I'm thankful for that, because I needed to go but what if someone else wasn't as sympathetic as this guy. That manager seemed like she barely cared. They need to have that Burger King mixed instead of all Hispanic. It could be a great place if you're the right person. However, I'd go to this one before the one on 30th and Ashland.

I was given a real meat burger wrapped in an impossible wrapper. Everything was also tossed into the wrapper and had the wrong ingredients on it. Pretty unacceptable and I will never trust them again.

They is service is not the best on line it states there drive thru open until 2a.m. I get there they either close or only doing eat Uber eats delivery only won’t get my service again…..

Horrible service! They do not even have a bathroom available for clients. The bread is super cold, the cashier is in a hurry to take your order, she doesn't even let you think carefully about what you want. Lately burgerking has been giving very bad service!! I don't recommend them at all!! ???????

These guys are good. Definitely a good burger king even with how much people be going there. They do their best and hook you up with extra in your fries

I got home and my sandwich was wrong for the third time in a row. Manager said I had to come back and return the sandwich. It’s a 40 min drive and it doesent make sense I can’t eat the sandwich so I offer to take a picture and show them . He refuses because I’m am lying and they need the sandwich. I can’t eat it and I am not driving back 80 min to fix a mistake. He can’t compensate me in anyway. So here’s the proof. Whole staff be acting rude and too busy talking to get the order right. If the owner sees this check your camera your staff just messing around with your money…

I ordered a Dr Pepper… didn’t taste like it! I’m not sure what it was I immediately threw it away. Don’t know if it was generic version or the machines need to be cleaned out!

The burger patties were smaller than the actual bun and the cheese sticks were old and dry and the cheese on the inside was brown. The customer service was good, but the food wasn't.
