Came here for the free impossible Whopper through T-Mobile Tuesdays. After placing my order I waited ten minutes before they called my number and said they don't do it. When I asked why they are listed in the app as participating they just stared at me and said they don't do it, didn't seem to care and did not apologise or explain at all. I called the corporate number and was told they are listed as a participating and management is therefore screwing up. As I'm writing this there are about 20 people waiting for their orders, they clearly just don't care.

Staff lost my order, and then wouldn't replace it. Basically, they stole my money since I had already paid. Staff were not helpful, and actually were rude. Avoid this Burger King location and go to another one if you want good service and honest employees.

Today's visit at this location was my worst ever, service was slow then when I asked for a cup of water, the cashier informed me of a .50 charge for water. Then she said only water as if I was going to steal soda, I told her I wanted water and she charged me for the water. I was insulted. Don't know if I want to return to this location again. This was tap water and I'm making a purchase and your charging me for water.

I went to Burger King on Randolph at the Thompson Center on my lunch break. I ended up spending half my lunch hour waiting in line because they only had one cashier there. I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, coke. I didn't read the signs taped to the walls instead of at the cash register saying they was NO ZESTY SAUCE for the onion rings. Does anyone look at the walls at a Burger King. Most people look at the menu and how close are they to the cash register to get their order in. The burger was messy way too much ketchup. Just FYI, no zesty sauce til March. What is that about!

I ordered thru the mobile app for a free whopper at the 100 Randolph street location but when I came there to pick up they said they do not accept TMobile free Tuesday offered. The locations is one of the prefer location on the apps. The stores got paid and didn’t give out a free whopper. What a rip off and the phone number listed is disconnected.

So they took my free Whopper and my money. This Burger King are crooks. Go to any BK but this one. Not sure why BK still license them to sell their food. Gonna have to dispute with the credit card company later.

It is fast food or relatively fast food, used to love Burger King though recently their food kind of makes me feel a bit off after eating it. Maybe it is because I am getting older or maybe they have made changes in the way they create their menu items, always used to love seeing the meat paddies go threw the flame broiler, but now they come out of trays it seems at this location at least.
