Super clean and the staff was amazingly nice with smiles. I ordered fries and they were fresh to order with the perfect salt ratio which makes me realize I haven’t had solid BK fries in a WHILE!!! 10/10

This is the worst hamburger I have eaten in a long time. The food deserves negative stars. I asked for my hamburger to be cooked medium rare but instead it was so dry that I choked. There was no sauce nor even a slice of tomato on the bun and the onion rings were oily!! The restaurant is in terminal B of the airport in Atlanta and my flight was in terminal c. So I opened my food when I got to my terminal. I spent $17.01 for what we call in Chicago “a choke burger”😬😬. I hope Bobby Flay see this review and refund my money.

The food is pretty standard for a BK, however, the challenge is getting to the location. It is actually located underground. Go into the doors in the picture, go down the stairs to your right and keep walking until you find the burger king. Hope this helps

Yesterday December 28, 2024, I made a purchase of a hamburger (Royal Cristy chicken) and they gave me an order that did not correspond to me, I was already driving home, returning from work at dawn, it was my breakfast, so arriving home I was in doubt whether to return and returned again to give me my order that I made the payment.
The manager Maria Cruz or Mari Cruz, was exalted in an inappropriate way with me, in front of me she called the attention to her employee, who as a leader of an international franchise should not have acted that way, she yelled at me asking for my receipt, I showed her through the app the receipt because at no time they gave me a physical receipt, I showed her my bank movement that they discounted me, and still she told me that this order was not registered in the cash register.
I told her to calm down, because at no time did I yell at her, she told me then I am not going to give you anything and she went backwards, behaving like a child, she is a lady past 50 years old.
In the end she didn't give me anything, I went back to the place to get my order, and in the end they didn't give me anything, I left empty handed.
As a store manager it is your responsibility to solve the problems with the customer, I do not recommend them, lousy service, I am contacting customer service and they do not want to answer me or give me a solution, they scammed me with an order that is not, and it was my breakfast, I work in the early morning.
So how many people will have answered that lady. Burgerking I demand my refund!

$20 for a medium meal ?????? I thought the guy charged me for two but really that’s the price for one meal. Is that correct or are they scamming people ???? I thought maybe because it’s in the train station that it’s an up charge but even then subway and sabaro don’t share the same outrageous prices ? something isn’t right
Me and my Girlfriend ordered online and PAID. We arrive at the location and all the employees are inside. I told them we had ordered and they rudely say they are closed and offer 0 help. They decided to close early for nothing. We arrived well within operation hours. Avoid at all costs.
