I placed a mobile order December 3rd with the name Karina. I ordered the spongebob meal bundle I was missing the cheesecake and the bacon tots only had 4 of them on the box😒😒 i also got my kids the spongebob meal 9.99 one they did not give me my drinks some guy who looked new mentioned they ran out of the pineapple drink it comes with, which was fine i told him to give me the Orange Cream Hi C he forgot to give me 2 small drinks that went with the meal and only gave me the large for the bundle one. I also ordered a whopper jr and did not receive it. I ordered a large have-sies and didn’t get no onion rings I live 30 mins away from there i didnt realize until i got home i even ask the guy if everything was handed to me he said yea. I called the place twice that day no answer i called yesterday the same thing. I spent damn near $50 for NOTHING!

They got my food to me promptly but they also felt the need to talk shit to me cause they thought I was weird and creepy to them. Thats what they said at least. Maybe instead of treating me like dirt they could be a little more professional. K thanks

I've been coming to this location for decades. Nowadays, I check my drive thru order EVERY time. In the last 2 years, 100% of the orders have had missing items. This is not hyperbole. Literal 100% failure rate to get a correct order.
Food is fine. It's a chain. But if you come here, always double check your order. Also, use the app. When they make their consistent and constant food omissions, you get money back.

Incidentally I have gotten sick twice after eating here. The day after, each meal I have gotten a cold and fever. Also, customer service seems disgruntled and bitter. They don't smile, say hello, one of them just stares at me when I say thank you lol.
I saw a review from someone stating she saw a worker spit in her drink. Not sure if that's true, but if I'm getting sick too, then something is likely happening. Can't risk it.
One of the girls nearly messed up my order as well one night, and she never included a receipt with the meal. Didn't ask, nothing. The charge ended up being right but I shouldn't have to check my bank statement.

The cashier was very polite and had no problem assisting my wife with her numerous questions. Food was quick but good.

I was very disappointed with my recent drive-through experience. The employee who assisted me came across as rude and dismissive, showing no respect or professionalism in how they spoke to customers. I often stop by this location after long shifts at the hospital, and this is not the kind of service anyone should encounter.
I will be reporting this incident to management and making sure others are aware of it.

Make sure to double check your order. If you try calling the restaurant the number on the receipt is disconnected and the number on their website just keeps ringing.

In town visiting from NYC and after a late night of lounge hopping we opened the UberEats app and this was one of our only options avaliable. I have the BK app as well and opted to use that instead, along with some of my BK Crown rewards points. I wish we read the Google reviews before ordering!
The food arrived hot/fresh and seemingly well made, but I used some of my rewards points for a Hershey's Sundae Pie Slice and it was NOT with our order but was reflected on our reciept and such. Because it was ordered directly thru the Burker King app and delivered by Doordash there is no real recourse since the item was not actually paid for with $$$, but rather with points. Thumbs down!
