Whoever hired Daniel did a fantastic job with hiring him- I’m so big on customer service due to the fact nowadays it’s not easy to clock a 9-5 also employees just sometimes have bad days or bad attitudes -In this case my 3/4 mins awaiting on my food in drive thur Daniel gave a great smile through the intercom as he took my order-, awesome customer service at the windows & went above & beyond to get the water I asked for- He also has a game coming up he mentioned that while stating God is good as he was handing me my change. Support him if you can - Great customer service 10/10

Just bought a small hash browns and 3pc french toast and older lady with a black mask gave me my bag she asked did I want ketchup or anything I asked her is the syrup in the bag she said yes in there's so I should of checked drove out the plaza was red light I happen to just check my food and no napkins no syrup I called place right now 6 times for about 5 mins and no answer the some b.s I'll be heading back there later when I pass by again this place is a last option for anyone

Service is always horrible here! I ordered and went to take a seat and just wait for my order. I clearly heard my number being called so I went and grabbed it. At that moment I just saw a sandwich and fries so assume it was mine but I was missing the other part of the order so I went to the counter were I was ignored for a good couple minutes regardless of there being 3 employees close. When I finally talked to an employee about my missing items they told me I had grabbed the wrong order but they didn’t even say anything when I went and grabbed it. I was pissed because I got stuck with a sandwich I didn’t even ordered. The manager didn’t even bothered to tell me that she was going to give me my right order. I hadn’t even opened the sandwich that I first grabbed. So I just ended up getting the missing items and left! They honestly need to train the employees for better customer service.

I sure hope, with this review and the past week or so of terrible reviews, that corporate gives this store the swift kick it needs to turn around.

I had ordered one of the Maple Bacon BBQ Whoppers online and used a promotional offer to get a Cheeseburger as well. When I arrived at the store, a team member informed me that the store was missing ingredients for the Maple Bacon BBQ Whopper and could not make the sandwich. Now I understand that it is a limited time/while supplies last type of thing, but every restaurant I have worked for, fast food or otherwise, has had some way to turn off ingredients when they’re out of stock in the POS system. This store failed to do so before I placed and paid for my order.

The team member asked what I would like as my substitution and I requested a Bacon King. As this team member was about to put in the new order and make things right, a shift supervisor stepped in and stated that because the Bacon King was more expensive, I could not substitute the Maple Bacon BBQ Whopper for a Bacon King. I offered to pay the overage, but the shift supervisor stated that because it was an online order, I could not pay the overage unless I had cash (I did not). Every restaurant I’ve worked at has had some form of an “Open Item” in the POS system to handle situations like this. This shift supervisor, through laziness or spite, failed to make things right. I caved and accepted the regular Whopper I did not want.

As for food quality, everything tasted fine for what it was, it just was not what I had ordered. The store however had lots of trash and dropped food on the floor and tables both in FoH and BoH. As a repeat customer since the reopening of this store after the fire in 2023, I can also state that the soda syrups are rarely stocked, the slush machines have never been stocked in my experience, and the trash/dropped food is a continuous issue. This store is due for a surprise audit and then some.

The only saving grace was the AI help center in the app which gave me a $10 voucher for the incorrect item I received.

Stay away. They always get my order wrong. I used to go there a lot because it’s near my home and because I love the impossible whopper. But they keep getting my order wrong each and every time. I have to go inside the store to then let them know. I’m done. It’s such a waste of time. Please don’t go to this Burger King. Doesn’t deserve your business.

Ordered online for pick up. Order was packed incorrectly, and they were out of 2 items ordered. They told me to go back on the app for a refund. By the time my order was completed correctly, the food was cold and soggy.
