On 12/17/2024 at 10PM We went through the drive thru and the guy who was SUPPOSED to take our order at the speaker made us repeat ourselves 6 times just to simply ask "One moment please" as we were looking at the menu. THEN, when my husband and I tried to order our food, he made us repeat ourselves another 6 times & YELL to try to order our food. He still claimed (despute us now yelling) that he could not hear us. This guy truly was not doing his job, lazy and claiming over and over that he "couldn't hear" us because he didn't want to take our order. If you have that much of a hearing problem, get another job? How about GET OFF the headset where you have to listen intently to customers & take their orders?If you can't take a sple order over the headset & can't do your job, get another job! Save everybody the waste of time & headache. P.S. He was ghetto & so was his coworker and we ended up not getting our food.

I have ordered the same 2 piece order from this place 3 times and never once has the entire order been correct. They leave out the milkshake or give me chicken fries instead of mozzarella (I'm vegetarian) order from a different burger king if you want the food you are ordering.
