Don't bother coming unless your primary language is Spanish. That's the only way they'll actually care about service. Got my order wrong, it didn't apply the coupon code I selected in the app. They also charge $1 for a cup of water, which is obtuse. The dining room was dirty despite them opening not even 2 hours prior. The cashier also did not know how to correctly count change. Won't return.

They make your food like they want to and put your Burger Job in the microwave with the cheese on it after you ask not to they are very unprofessional they make your food how they want to make it they attitudes, stink and half of them don’t speak English, so they always mess your orders up Chicago Avenue and Pulaski and Western in Chicago Avenue. Coffee sucks taste like water. If I ask for my sandwich to be fresh off the boiler, that’s how I want it. I want my cheese to melt on its own not from a microwave.
