Ordered 2 for 5 chicken sandwitch 2 mins before arriving on the app , sandwitches were not warm and bread seemed staleish maybe a previous customers? i started eating in parking lot thats why its disappointing, napkins crumpled in a ball like someone hates their job. I think You Need to Hire better. Feelt like a waste of Money

Garbage food and garbage customer service. I wouldn’t feed my worst enemy this food and I definitely would not treat my worst enemy as bad as these workers here on 111th and kedzie treated me consistently. This place is racist and if you come here then you yourself are a racist, a fool, or both.

Waited in line 20 min no food no acknowledgment of me just two men looking at me called complain so uncaring on phone no empathy people are on lunch at work and to wait that king I had to leave no food and a bad attitude

Went to burger king on 111th kedzie this past Friday 10-18-24. Pulled up to drive thru, waited a few minutes, no response. Pulled up to window only to be ignored by the cashier. He looked like he was the only plus cook in there. He NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED the drive thru at all. I tried again only for the cashier to do the same thing. If I could give it no stars if I would.

Beyond upset with the service. Placed my mobile order at 6:05pm got in line for pickup and noticed the line wasn’t moving. I proceeded to go inside after 15 min of waiting. Went inside to let the cashier know I had a mobile order. After waiting another 20 minutes & seeing people walk out/ receive their order I decided to ask once again in which the cashier with attitude stated it was not his issue since they were short staffed. He then told me to step back and wait. At this point I decided to leave and file a claim with my bank.
Aside the fact that this facility looked disgustingly dirty throughout, the staff are beyond rude. Would give 0 stars if I could
