City worker on snow plow .. had to badly use the washroom no other place was open and refused admission to use washroom by manager..this location is open 24 hours by the way.. they clearly saw the snow plow in front of establishment!! 11000 south kedzie location... so grateful for Dunkin Donuts on the corner !!

I ordered 7 double cheeseburger and got 7 single ones. If I got charged the singles okay fine but I got charged the doubles price. I did not want to go back since its a 15 min drive for me. Very unacceptable.

I ordered 2 5.00 Jr whopper deals and mozzarella sticks. The only food that was hot was the Mozzarella sticks.
Do not go to this location. There is a reason why they have no lines. They gave me a large fry that was barely halfway filled that were stale and cold. The chicken sandwich was pretty good though. Service was mediocre at best.

Originally, I was going to do 5 stars even though they were a little delayed, because Steve’s customer service is amazing and the food was so fresh and hot! Haven’t had either of those from BK in a while.
Unfortunately I had to take off a star because two of the items were wrong and one was missing….
Either way, a great meal with great service. Just not what I ordered lol.
I’ll be coming back though, thanks to Steve

We made our order and later realized it was missing the 12 piece mozzarella sticks. We called and were told to come back to have it fixed. We did, the lady who originally made our order re-made the mozzarella but only gave us 4 when we ordered 12. I told her we bought 12 and she insisted we were wrong. Her colleague and (what i assume was) her manager along with myself were all telling her it WAS 12 pieces. She then re-made the order for a 3rd time and it was finally corrected. I’ve never had to re-order something 3 times and be told i was wrong when I had the receipt. Just a bad location. Avoid it, food is as expected just seriously terrible service

This place is trash. Pavement is off balance in drive through to catch the inside of your tire as you turn..still hasnt been fixed. Manager is obviously a pervert since the bathroom stall has no lock and no ability to even keep door closed. Service is trash. 1 person running around doing everything while racist manager stands and watches. Go somewhere else to spend your money.
