They don’t honor corporate offers. First Burger King where I ordered the $5 Whopper Junior Duo and they were up charging me. Per the sign, tv ads, and website it’s $5 for any 2. Employee refused to honor it so I left without purchasing food.

The young lady who was supposed to open up, was 15 late, she never acknowledged us sitting at the drive thru window, now it's around 635am and she open the window and just look at us, no good morning, sorry for your wait, nothing. So I order, she said I couldn't order a burger because she was running late so I had to or a breakfast item. I just tDrove off. Horrible customer service.

This has become the worst Burger King on the south side!! Ever since Covid the will not let you inside. The guy at the drive through window doesn’t even listen to what you have ordered. DON’T GO AND SPEND YOUR MONEY AT PLACE!! They are rude!! We should by food from anyone that has an attitude!! It’s bad because it’s not another on close!! McDonald’s is next door!! You would be better off going there because it’s cleaner and you get to see who is preparing your food!! We actually like Burger King but not this one!! I don’t give reviews but I had to for this place!! If we don’t say anything. They won’t change!! We deserve better in our neighborhood.

The toasted burger was not toasted well,, burger too small for such a high price. I'm trying to stay with you, but it's hard. Give me something to stay for. The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere received a 4 out of 5 because of the size. As a big person, the 2 tight benches are a tight fit.Going there again in a possibility. Only if I can eat outside, though.

This burger king is TRASH I go one time ohh we are only taking exact amount WHAT!! like who really has the exact amount there food is who really knows that then I come back a week later ok I’ll just order on the app ohh now we don’t have drinks only pop/soda ohh and no fries HOW DONT YOU HAVE FRIES!!! THATS the number one thing people order with a burger I barely come here as is and I won’t be coming back either I’ll dive to a different location I don’t know how they even still making it just bulldoze the whole store cause the people here definitely don’t want to work either and the manager can’t even keep items in stock

This location often forgets to give you food. They won't do much food at breakfast like every other Burger King. They haven't opened the interior since the pandemic like most other places. Customer service is worse than most fast food places.

I went to this Burger King. I waited in the drive-through 15 minutes made my order when I got to the window the young lady informed me that she could put my burger in the microwave. I never receive zesty sauce for my onion rings I went inside and the lady behind the counter, kept calling me Ma, terrible service food was cold sit down to eat my food and discover I didn’t have cheese on my burger as I ordered
