Fresh off the rip, hot and fresh(when you order). I enjoyed the young lady at the register, she was so pleasant and patient with taking my order. She had the best customer service, any fast food could offer. This why it's so important to ask for names?? I have no idea who she was but definitely was the appropriate age to run it , and did that?❤️ ??️

Placed an order online for drive tru pick up, when got to drive tru lady very rude and said we had to come inside so I did just that. Now I will say the lady in the front counter Beatrice was awesome n sweet, but that drive tru lady lady shouldn't be working their if she don't how to act with people!!'Thank you Beatrice for making it better!!

Just not what it use to be bread to sweet now , burgers cold coming out the window I mean I can understand burgers cool down a bit when you at the cold condiments, but damn when it’s just meat and cheese it can be a little warmer. So I said to myself them burgers just sit on the grill. When I run a restaurant I am more like cook to order. I don’t care if people have to wait.

I order my food I go to the window I at least spend like 15 minutes waiting there so I can get my food and it's not even worth waiting 15 minutes to get that food because that food was cold like they never came out of the oven and they got one of my orders wrong by adding a ham burger but that isn't luck cause that meat was raw and it costed extra when we didn't even order it

This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been at my ticket number was 31 I came in March 29th at 6:05 pm I ordered 4 kids meals double cheese burgers only ketchup and cheese and I asked this 4 times and awhopper meal,and 2 8 piece nuggets total coming out to $37.14.I called and said that my kids meals were messed up and the manager said my name was down in book and to come back for refund I asked him if I needed receipt it was wet and he said no.I am here and the shift on duty josh short black guy with tiny little braids is refusing to refund my kids meals He saying that the employees here do not do their job so basically talking down on employees and I’m asking that has nothing to do with meHe then proceeded to yell and I told him what my order was and he then said and is a big as order too.I said my children are with their father and I no longer need kids meals and he said I can’t do nothing for you but remake them.I take a flight to move to California in the morning so I’m just over it I said just give me the kids meals I’ll find someone to eat them.He closed window but not all the way and he began bad mouthing about me to the employees.As a district manager I am disgusted with the behavior of this establishment.

If you want a reason to never vote for a Democrat ever again I suggest you walk into this location and order some food. Once you've left this establishment you will NEVER return and realize that things ain't what they used to be. Worst service. They ruin the food as well. Go to Whiting and leave this location to the Malcontents that work there.
