It took 15 minutes to place our order. There were some high school kids who apparently knew the staff and all they wanted to do was talk to the staff and try to get free food and drinks. We were ignored while they chatted with one another. I don't expect a lot from fast food restaurants but it would be good to at least get decent service.

I went through the drive through twice within a half hour. The voice over the speaker was so friendly. When I got to the window, same friendly person, but didn't get a look at his name tag. Wish I would have paid closer attention, because he has a great personality. It was about 10:45 pm the first time, so about 11:15 pm the second. So, to the friendly drive through guy with dark brown hair and beard, who was working at 10:45 pm, today Monday, June 16th, job well done. Now, the food. Yes, it's just Burger King, but the fries were hot and fresh, the whoppers, cooked right, got my special requests correct both times, enough of everything. I am not even supposed to be eating gluten and thought will this really be worth it, and yes, yes it was!!!

I couldn't possibly be the first person to say this, but the gentleman (pretty positive he's the manager) working the pm shift is truly phenomenal! He is such a genuine person. To say he's great at his job is a complete understatement! Every time I come here, he's always here and is honestly such a delight. His customer service is beyond what we deal with on a day to day basis. He's just perfect! Thank you for turning my rough day around with your positive attitude! Sometimes we as humans need those simple reminders and I just hope he comes across this review! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

I don't know what's happening to this Burger King but the quality of food has went down so bad, my last few orders....ordered two chicken sandwiches this morning drop fresh with cheese they were cold not hot at all very dry just horrible and of course was too far to go back but just very bad , I don't think I'll be going back to this Burger King anytime soon

I use the drive thru on my morning commute for coffee mostly. I think Nieves is the manager and the morning crew is always on point and friendly. This crew is well oiled machine. In the morning it’s Nieves and two other girls along with a tall guy. They are all fantastic!

I’m tired of going to this Bk by my house they always mess up my order the customer service is awful pure attitude especially what seemed to be the supervisor Hispanic women working on 3/5 around 4:30 I kept giving her codes from the BK app and she kept saying they don’t work she couldn’t do anything for me very unprofessional the McDonald’s app is so easy to use just go their instead.

I come to this restaurant often and I'm never disappointed. Maribel is always here when I come and she makes me feel very welcome no matter how busy the place is at the time and no matter how busy that she may be I feel like she caters to me, that personal touch that she has makes all the difference as I'm sure everyone who visits this location has to feel the same way about her customer service!!
