Short Hispanic lady with blond hair was very rude during drive thru service. Asked for the blue raspberry with nerds but claims I didn’t. The picture showed only BLUE RAZZ as the name and instead of helping she had an arrogant attitude and gave me a regular blue raspberry freeze.

They drag and take long with the orders in the drive thru when I had ordered 20 minutes before reaching the restaurant. Then when I arrived they took over 15 minutes to hand me my order and they only had one customer to attend inside. The cashier didn’t have manners either. Other than that the food is good most of the time but this time they ended up adding toppings I didn’t want on my burgers.

I prefer going to Burger King rather than Mcdonalds because the food tastes better for me, however they dragggg to make your order. I usually spend 10-15 min ordering , waiting for cars in the drive trough to get their orders first, pay and wait some more, it's so annoying and inconvenient, for this reason I don't come here often, very rarely cause I already know what to expect, too bad this is the only burger king close to me.

My partner went and ordered for the family. I ordered the whopper duo and I had eaten one when something told me to look at my burger and there was a small bug on the bun! So disgusting!!! I threw up immediately. Never going back

Do not reccomend. This was the worst service i have ever gotten from any fast food place ever. I ordered a bacon melt meal on uber eats and they gave me a mushroom swiss melt. I had the right reciept wrong food. I replaced my order, and tried to call 7 times to make sure they dont mess it up again but no answer not once. Working a fast food job takes 0 skill and half of a mind so if you mess it up there is no hope for you in society i am truly disappointed in the service of this establishment and will never eat here again.

Upon walking in got a mean face from counterperson. Zero customer service no wonder it's empty inside. Fire the lady who took my order at 521pm this evening. Not even hello or welcome she's driving away your dine in customers with her Zero guest service. Won't be .backat this location I left feeling like I disturbed them.
I place my order,but my order was incorrect &the burger was not fresh made.

Everything was fine. Better service, food and clean establishment. Something I'm not used to when entering a BK location. It was a lil busy but that didn't slow down the experience @ all. My food was within my hands in a few mins. Fresh, hot and tasty. Restrooms were really clean and well kept too. I like this location.

Parking: It's small and there can be congestion. Park with caution. Wasn't too busy when I visited. I was in and out.

The staff is horrible, they purposely messed with my food after I had to go and get a refund from them after they failed to give me what I actually ordered. My friend ended up going to urgent care after eating the food they prepared after I told them they messed up. Assault? Maybe idk but they did something to the food. I wouldn’t recommend this location, the land manatee at the window with the bull ring on her nose has a bad attitude.
