Service is not good. The staff is so disrespectful to me, but I noticed they are nicer to other customers. I am always respectful and they are not. Location should close if they are going to hate on people for no reason.

I had placed two online orders and when I arrived to pick them up I guess one of them wasn’t received in their system. I just showed them my confirmation and everything and the gentleman that was helping us made the missing order and my family and I were grateful for his help.

Came to try the first time SpongeBob bikini bottom meal and they didn’t have the pie was supposed come with so they changed it with the Hershey’s and I only also got the brown paper bags not the SpongeBob box the recipe says one Bikini bottom box bundle but I never received the box only paper bag never told me they didn’t have SpongeBob box at all I am unsatisfied with my purchase because what they didn’t have and what it showed in the add not very good service to say anything about what they will have only just the pie not the box I was hoping to get I even didn’t receive no barbecue sauce for the nuggets

Short Hispanic lady with blond hair was very rude during drive thru service. Asked for the blue raspberry with nerds but claims I didn’t. The picture showed only BLUE RAZZ as the name and instead of helping she had an arrogant attitude and gave me a regular blue raspberry freeze.
They drag and take long with the orders in the drive thru when I had ordered 20 minutes before reaching the restaurant. Then when I arrived they took over 15 minutes to hand me my order and they only had one customer to attend inside. The cashier didn’t have manners either. Other than that the food is good most of the time but this time they ended up adding toppings I didn’t want on my burgers.

I prefer going to Burger King rather than Mcdonalds because the food tastes better for me, however they dragggg to make your order. I usually spend 10-15 min ordering , waiting for cars in the drive trough to get their orders first, pay and wait some more, it's so annoying and inconvenient, for this reason I don't come here often, very rarely cause I already know what to expect, too bad this is the only burger king close to me.

My partner went and ordered for the family. I ordered the whopper duo and I had eaten one when something told me to look at my burger and there was a small bug on the bun! So disgusting!!! I threw up immediately. Never going back
