You have to ask for anything...napkins, ketchup, etc.They say the homeless are taking all of it.BUT the soda machine is out of all the sodas. No sprite. No coke. They only had the odd ball flavors.Also, they fo fill the drive thru before customers waiting at counter,they did 4 cars before getting the order we ordered

So we went around 7:30 there was no line, it seemed to be one worker, she was pleasant but doing multiple task..so we ended up with messed up orders, cheated out of 4 nuggets, a whopper with cold buns and a burger that should've had Xtra pickles, had none. A long way from home for order not to be right!
This is the best Burger King in Chicago. Fast hot food and great service. Didn’t relocate to UV for this BK but it adds to the package !!!

There’s this old lady who works there and kept giving me dirty looks! I don’t know why or for what reason. I wasn’t doing anything wrong, I sat down and ate my food but she made me so uncomfortable I decided to leave. I hope this doesn’t happen again. Absolutely do not recommend eating here. This lady had a higher role than a manager and she was showing it off! I don’t understand why she gave me this nasty look if I was not bothering her at all.
