Was at the drive thru today at around 6:15 pm or so and the lady taking orders was very rude! My wife got to the window to pay and was getting the card from her purse and the impatient girl thrust the drink at my wife very forcefully and rudely saying HERE!! my wife was surprised but said nothing and took the drink, then the lady at the window left and then a man took over who had an outstanding personality and great customer service. He gave us the rest of our order (2 Junior Whoppers) He said thanks and have a good one. To the woman who was at the window first, go learn some customer Service skills! Nobody wants to spend their hard earned money and be treated bad at the same time!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE EVERY TIME! The manager needs to vet their staff especially the guy that works at night. Every time I try, I’m reminded of why YOU WILL NOT GET MY SERVICE! It’s very sad that this establishment which has been here since I was a baby getting Burger King crowns has turned into a place I despise because of your rude staff. Fire the current night workers and find new people who respect your companies values. Do better!

The worst burger king ever!! nasty and disgusting!!! The employees are just as bad as the food it's 11:14 pm Tuesday. Will be call corporate office!!!
On Google, the store shows that they're open till midnight on their store window It says they're open till 11 pm ( mind you i show up at 1030pm), so I place a order online and they apparently decide to just leave early, so now I have to cancel my order and wait 5-10 business days to get a refund. This location is the absolute worst, employees have a attitude all the time and they leave early more then once, would never go to this location ever again... unless you want absolute trash service.

Finally fixed most of the pot hole craters on the lot. They were all over the lot. They still take issue with coupons and special orders. What can I say it's fast food, go there only if you need to get in and get out!Parking: The lot still has pot holes but there had been obvious repairs, Thank you
