The location itself needs better maintenance and a more suitable managing crew that pays attention to what they are doing. The service in the drive thru is so slow even when it’s not even pack especially inside the restaurant. This doesn’t not just happen today but any other day of the week. Overall i wanna let anybody that comes to this burger king to stay alert because i had this plastic bag inside my large beverage. This is unacceptable and i hope the health department gets involved or the company. I would no longer be coming here. Unprofessional work 🚨🚨🚨

Hello I wanted to make a complaint on the burger king on 64th and kedzie. They buy stolen goods from the bp next door and lie to the police and help the convicted escape by telling him, the police are here run, run. Then the blonde manager , she told me that it was not nice to say that they bought stolen merchandise to me and said that they did not have it when I saw the whole thing the man ran in out of breath, had 2 cases of red bulls hid them them near the door next to the counter and was out of breath laid behind my mother and the manager said to run because the police were there and the men were chasing him and they asked me if I saw the guy I'm not a law abiding citizen either but 1 thing I do hate is Thieves and liars.
Good service.

I cannot believe how many times I go a Burger King and they always forget stuff in the bag. 2 different locations bruh same thing. It’s always multiple things too. Do you guys just not train anyone? It always seems like it’s a free for all in the back at every location any location. Terrible ZEROOOOO STARS.

If you need a bag of ice they got you. Shit even two bags, they still got you (update) no spicy chicken fries... cashier still spicy tho 💯
DONT ORDER OFF UBER EATS OR DOORDASH FOR THIS LOCATION THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION AND GIVE YOU SOMEONE ELSE FOOD AND THEN DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! TRIFLING!
Bought a double whopper meal a single whopper meal and a fish sandwich and three shakes did not receive fish sandwich. Tried to call back. No one answers the phone. I’m all the way at home.
I miss Burger King. For years, Burger King had a location at the southwest corner of Clark Street and North Avenue in the Gold Coast/Old Town neighborhood of Chicago, only a block from my home. How convenient. When I was working in Champaign-Urbana in the 1960s, there was a Burger King located only a block away from my residence. How convenient. I lived on a Whopper or two a day. And I was a weekly customer in Chicago. Then it closed. Now the closest location is at 1401 West Fullerton, at Southport, close to the busy intersection of Ashland, Clybourn and Fullerton to the west and the DePaul University campus to the east, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. It isn't as convenient but the Whopper remains the same, Burger King's answer to Big Mac and Big Buford. In fact, Chicago has 45 locations, more than any other city in the United States. Open from 6 to midnight on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 6 to 5 on Thursday, 5 to 5 on Friday and Saturday and 5 to midnight on Sunday, Burger King is a well known fast food chain serving grilled burgers, fries and shakes. It features a drive-through and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is the second largest fast food company in the world, behind only McDonald's. But its breakfast menu is superior to McDonald's. Don't think so? Try the fully loaded triple croissant meal, a soft, flaky, buttery croissant piled high with thinly sliced black forest ham, sausage, thick-cut smoked bacon, fluffy eggs and melted American cheese. Plus hash browns and orange juice. For lunch, I always order a Whopper with cheese, 4.4 ounces of flame-grilled beef topped with thick-cut smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, pickles and sliced white onions on a soft sesame seed bun. Also a Big Fish sandwich, white Alaskan pollock breaded with panko breading and topped with tartar sauce and pickles on a toasted brioche style bun. With salted French fries and an Oreo milk shake.
Nice BK. Employees nice, food fast and hot.
