I placed an online order, and they ignored the drive thru and their phone, so we had to walk in and ask for it.. On top of everything, they were out of ice cream for my order.. they've been out of ice cream at least 2x before and ignored their drive thru at least once before. This is the last time I come to this location.

These people over at this location are very lazy and have poor customer service skills the food is always microwaved never fresh they are very slow and have no since of urgency if you have somewhere to be and you are pressed for time do not go there Do not go there at all very bad location!!!

Don’t go here I went yesterday12/28/24 and I’ve been sick to my stomach I started feeling bad only a couple hours after eating, that was the only meal I had yesterday. I’ve had the taste of the chicken wrap in my mouth since and I have not been able to leave my house because I’m stuck to the toilet.

The girls working after 8:30pm seem like they don’t want to work if I can honestly give them 0 stars I will took forever to take my order then to add to it I get home and my order it’s wrong fries seem like they been sitting for a while seems like Im not the only one that’s complaining about those girls working late

If you go there after 9 pm, you'll probably have a bad experience. The night shift lady there can be quite rude, and they might not even take your order. They're supposed to be open until midnight, but they often stop taking orders after 9. Just a heads up.
