The whopper was tasty but the chicken nuggets are very hard & tasteless. I think they might be using old meat or just bad meat.

Being a former employee, I don’t know if the customers also deal with this, but I’m not the only employee well former employee who constantly has to go to work just to be consistently bit by mosquitoes and having to come home itchy like it’s truly ridiculous and I’m glad that I don’t have to deal with this no more

Rushed at the drive thru, kept asking anything else every time I said what I wanted.also I was told that’s how the wrap comes. Had to come in an order another one. The second photo is what I reordered.

The fries didn’t taste right, which was disappointing since I usually prefer Burger King’s fries over other chains. The dining area wasn’t well-maintained—some tables were still dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition. While placing my order, the employee wore a headset and had difficulty hearing me, which led to me repeating my order three times. His response of “I can’t hear you” came off as slightly rude.

My suggestion: consider hiring more staff to help reduce employee stress. A better-staffed and cleaner environment would go a long way toward improving the overall customer experience. Come on, Burger King—get it together.

I came to this BK 3/1/25-Drive-Thru.
First of all, we were the only car ordering and the person taking our order seemed to rush us. Very impatient.
When we came home to eat our food, it was not even warm enough, and I only drove less than 5 minutes from there. Chicken sandwiches were really dry, to the point where I had to get something to drink because it felt like it was stuck in my throat!
I am EXTREMELY disappointed.
Staff needs more training if they are going to work. Especially when it comes with food and patience.
I give 1 star overall for the drink. The o ly thing that didn't disappoint.

I recently visited 4125 N Milwaukee location and had an extremely disappointing experience more than one time but this time .Despite going through the drive-thru, I was asked to park and wait, even though there was no line behind me. When I walked in to inquire, I observed three workers chatting instead of preparing orders, which delayed my food further. I’m not sure if Burger King needs to fix screens so that the worker is all able to see the order but this is the only location that has me park . Then takes more orders and has them park too .

Concerns:
• Lack of efficiency and urgency in service
• Unprofessional behavior from staff
• Failure to meet the “fast food” standard

This experience was very disappointing and makes me question how this location is still operating with such poor customer service. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.
