This location has really improved, I don’t know if it is under new management, but I been noticing the good difference at this location, the gentlemen that helped we out today Fernando had such great polite customer service.

The food is normally not that bad, i eat here 6 times a day, every day. Its like an addiction, i just cant stop. Although on my 6th meal my double bacon king jr with a large side of fries, one ice cream cone, 2 large drinks (dr pepper if you must know) i found some nail clippings inside of my double bacon king jr, and although the clippings themselves didnt taste bad, the texture was very off, i believe these came from the manager. I would recommend showering twice a day, and making sure to thoroughly rinse under the nails, as well as some deodorant and dior cologne, theres always an odd smell when I enter (might be the manager). However the best part about this restaurant is when the owner slides me a bag of fent for free!!! Every friday. This might be the best customer service ive ever experienced, although he is a bit stingy and tends to keep half for himself. I do recommend cleaning the ice cream machine, im tired of eating moldy ice cream and having the employees pretend its chocolate, im not stupid, clearly mold taste different than chocolate. I would also highly recommend using toe nail clippings instead of the ones from your fingers!! I look forward to this friday!!

Was there order a whopper it was COLD i drove home and tossed it out. I tried to call number is a suburban # and don't want to waste my time driving back never again.
Today was the worst experience ever through the drive-thru I waited 10 minutes then to go inside and hear the gentleman talking about me horrible customer service skills then you better workers that don't talk about customers paying customers at that
