Absolute BS. I paid $30 for a promotional
SpongeBob meal and just got the crappy sandwich that you can get for 10
Bucks. No box, no toy, no crown, daughter is crying. Ordered through the app, Never ordering here again.

When I say I'm one that almost never complains about food I mean it. I just choose to not come back which is kinda messed up because there is different shifts and different people working at different times. We dined in on 12/6/25 @ about 12pm and first off I will say the young hispanic lady who took my order was excellent. She greeted us and quickly took our order and immediately got our drinks. The place overall is actually pretty nice and tidy. I ordered a Spicy Royal Sandwich and my friend had a Original Chicken Sandwich.
The bun was cold, the chicken was meh and the amount of lettuce and sauce they put on it should be illegal. I wish I would've took a picture so whoever is in charge of management can set better standards. The sandwich was so scarce on lettuce as if a head of lettuce is going for the price of caviar. Only one tomato is wild! This was both orders and the fries were okay at best and lacked salt. I mentioned this and a young black lady said they would've gave me a new sandwich. At that point I'd ask for a refund because employees get in their feelings when you mention stuff like this and I rather avoid my meal being tampered with. Do better Burger King! the only ones having it their way are the people on the line and it's petty to even think you can serve a meal like that for $10+. One word to describe my meal to cut it short is petty to the max. Getting skimped on lettuce as if it were ganja is a whole nother level of petty.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 min and the fries weren’t even fresh. The cheese on the burger wasn’t melted. Not a good experience

worst experience ever , my mom went through the drive-through and she’s a older woman. She’s not as good as on phones as we younger people are when she got to the window she asked for help, and the lady at the window would not help her so my mom just continued to do a mobile order, Enrique, the manager on duty when I spoke to him on the phone, he said when I come back, he was gonna take care of me when I went back into the store, He had a really bad attitude and he was treating me with a lot of disrespect. I just wanted to come and get the right order that my mother wanted. Enrique has horrible customer service and so do the rest of the employees at that Burger King as they were all in the background, laughing at me and my frustration. I don’t understand what type of customer service this is what type of restaurant is gonna mess up an entire order ,they missed the nuggets they put bacon on the burgers when we can’t eat bacon due to religious reasons. Enrique then proceeded to keep having an attitude with me and he said he was gonna take care of me when I came back and he didn’t even take care of me. He made me repay for my order and he was sitting there arguing with me and calling my mother a liar. I would like to get in contact with the general manager, please there’s no way this type of service is acceptable at these locations. if I could give zero stars, I definitely would this place has horrible customer service. They don’t know how to treat their customers and they can’t even pack the food correctly and when I come back, they still wanna have an attitude with me so if the general manager could please contact me that would be greatly appreciated. The employees need to have some sort of understanding of my frustration as i drove back and forth and when i talked on the phone with Enrique, he said he would take care of me, but when I got to the store in person, it was a different story and he had a attitude trying to convince me that my mother was a liar. i genuinely hope enrique looses his job as i never want anyone to feel as i did, he kept laughing in my face and trying to size me up but dudes like 5’6 and weighs at least 300lbs , he needs to learn how to treat people that dine at his establishment w respect , only reason i got disrespectful was because he kept trying to convince me my mother was lying, once again what type of customer service is this, i really hope management does something about this as he was the manager on duty and had no empathy, and refused to understand my situation, the other two employees working were just laughing in the back as if i was a joke, all 3 need to be disciplined. After he made me repay for the food , i went back home and when i opened the burgers, they still had onions, it feels as if they did it on purpose, i wouldn’t ever trust the people here making my food. I would urge the Health department to come to this location and have a look as it was also filthy inside, with fries and grease and pieces of beef patties on the floor. This has to be the worst Experience at a burger king i’ve ever had , no empathy, no sense of understanding, rude attitudes , and very dirty, never again

Poor Adrian, taking order for both drive thru and the front while there's 3 in the back. I've worked fast food for 7 years, and he was doing a great job.

The customer service is terrible,I come in here all the time just to get a water and it can take up to 20 mins just for the worker to see you at the register,the workers don't do there job there lazy ,and rude to everyone.
This is burger king and these customers are not having it there way is all I can say.

Being a former employee, I don’t know if the customers also deal with this, but I’m not the only employee well former employee who constantly has to go to work just to be consistently bit by mosquitoes and having to come home itchy like it’s truly ridiculous and I’m glad that I don’t have to deal with this no more

Rushed at the drive thru, kept asking anything else every time I said what I wanted.also I was told that’s how the wrap comes. Had to come in an order another one. The second photo is what I reordered.
