I recently visited Burger King and was absolutely disgusted by what I saw. As soon as I walked into the main lobby, I immediately spotted a roach scurrying across the floor. It was clear that the restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene standards were severely lacking. Not only did the sight of the roach ruin my appetite, but it also made me question the overall cleanliness of the food preparation area. I couldn't help but wonder if there were more roaches or other pests hiding in the kitchen, contaminating the food. Needless to say, I promptly left the restaurant without ordering anything and will not be returning anytime soon. It's unacceptable for a fast-food chain like Burger King to have such blatant pest infestation issues. I urge other customers to heed this warning and proceed with caution when dining at this location. A zero-star rating would be too generous for an establishment that can't even keep roaches out of the main lobby

Ordered two chicken sandwiches and one of them had mold in the bottom bun. I didn’t realize until I ate most of it unfortunately.

I went there standing in line for about 5 minutes. No one acknowledged me or anything. The lady looked right at me told the other guy that there’s a customer walked back to speak to another female coworker. Walked away and just looked as if I wasn’t even there. Moral of the story she could’ve took my order. She looked as if she didn’t even want to serve me

When it's right it's right. But usually it's not. Service is always slow, but perhaps that's more to do with staffong. My last few visits haven't been so great. Today I got the mocha iced coffee. There was an inch of room. Oh well. But it tasted o ly of chocolate syrup. Couldn't taste the coffee. I tried to drink it, but it started to make my stomach hurt and had to be tossed.

This place never has anything. They are always out of something and not just one thing but multiple things.people working in the drive thru have attitude to do what they get paid to do. Do not come to this location it’s managed poorly from in stock to customer

The manager in-training on dec. 18 will in the evening was soooo nice and super sweet, I wish there were more people like her. She was soo kind.
Terrible service. I waited over 20 minutes for a DoorDash order and was not helped one time. They need a new front desk worker who can keep up with customer demand.
