The food was lukewarm, the guy taking our order was ok, the person serving us was just ok, the place looks worn and dull dining in, the chairs are scuffed, the lobby was cleaned, a worker was mopping,l was not happy with that no sign saying floors are wet, seems nobody working was happy, just here for the check,attitude. You Rule does not apply here. Listening to the crew talking about personal problems on the Frontline.

Fast service! Workers asked about my order as I came in to wait to dine in. Whopper was well prepared, came with plenty of the extras I added to my mobile order. Iced coffee while a little more expensive than other locations was still very well made. Rich and flavorful with a little good amount of ice. Definitely worth driving a few more minutes to this location.

So I ordered 2 shakes through the app. I pull up, and the employee tells me the shake machine is not working. He said I need to go through the app to get a refund. No other product or service was given to replace the shakes. I contacted the app. They email that they can not give a refund but can only give me 1000 BK points to use on my next order. That is barely enough to get 1 of my shakes I paid for. Now they are ghosting me. Read the emails in the pics. Don't use the app whatsoever. It is a scam to cheat you. They charge you for food, don't give it to you, and then over you half of the BK points needed to replace your purchase. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Fraud Department. Update: They still are awful. You can use the app and still wait at the window for 15 minutes for your food. Don't know why I gave them a second chance.
