I don’t usually write bad reviews, but honestly, I don’t know how the lady with red hair still has her job here. Time after time, I’ve given this place a chance, and she always has an attitude for no reason. On top of that, the place gives off a depressing vibe. It feels like half the employees are stoned 24/7.

When a customer tell you NO MAYO , not once but two times , and give him a whooper full of Mayo , or you don’t care to listen , or you are on your cell playing games , or you don’t understand what NO MAYO means . He can be allergic to Mayo , did anyone ever told you this ? This is why you are one of the worse Burger Kings in Chicago . You lost one more customer .

I found the reason why this establishment parking lot is empty the aero staff are rude and the manager is worst , when asked for a former he answers no we don’t have any. The food is not warm the fries are cold and old
My order for a double whopper was messed up. There was Mayo on it The onion rings were missing
