The Whopper I got from Burger King was a whopper of a letdown. The burger patty was burnt to a crisp on the outside and raw in the middle, the lettuce was brown and wilted, and the tomato was mushy. The mayo seemed to be expired, and the bun was stale and falling apart. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours, and the soda was watered down. To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty, and the staff seemed indifferent to the poor quality of the food. It was a royal disaster of a meal that made me regret ever stepping foot in Burger King.

Restaurant closed at 10pm on Thursday mentioned on the website, but the staff decided to close at 9pm. I ordered food and wanted to use the restroom desperately but she wouldn’t let me in. Even waiting at the drive thru for 10 mins she did not show up. And when she did she was being rude. Never going back there!

The sign clearly says 24 hrs drive threw who ever was working it on dec 15 at 3:40 3:50 am refused to take my order Said they were closed and processed to not give me their name terrible customer service when I asked why they weren't open told me they were closed till 5am which makes no sense since they have a big sign that says they are open long with Google saying they are open the employee just rude definitely reaching to yelp as well
It's unfortunate, no longer are the days when you can get your burger directly off the grill. Now everything is microwaved. It seems people can't read very well either. I asked for no onions, and no mayonnaise. Guess what, I got onions and mayonnaise. Fries are always cold. people no longer smile, everyone always looks miserable. It's unfortunate. The burgers are tap and for being microwaved.
