I live really close to this location,my favorite I always go here but today luis was excellent service and kind usually I stop going because there a guy with a patch on his hair that is extremely rude ,and I always hope his not there when I order,but today luis definitely is great customer service.thank you so much 🥰

Steven in the drive thru has given the best customer service I’ve had in a long time, you don’t get that anymore especially in fast food. Very much appreciated and also made sure everything was fresh, so didn’t mind the wait for sure. Great kid
I frequent this place very often, but the final straw for me to write this review was my horrible service for a delivery. I had ordered a delivery, payed 40 dollars, waited an hour, and my food never arrived. I was not refunded or compensated in any way, and I can guarantee you that what I ordered couldn't have costed them more then 10 dollars. (They raise their prices here if you order delivery, to make a quick buck or something)I'm really disappointed. I'm not trying to scold or express my hate, I just wish I wasn't so let downed by burgerking. I always order online so they can see that I am a frequent loyal customer, but I can see that they simply treat us as another digit.
