This place IS NOT 24 hours. I ordered online at around 2:00 a.m. and pulled up the location and there was NO ONE there. There wasn't even a car parked in the parking lot, so there were no employees present. You guys need to update your hours to reflect your service because I wasn't the only one who came at that time misled by your false advertising.

The manager Bobby Joe is very rude and hung up on me because his staff missed and item in my drive thru order. I called him to tell him my experience he showed no empathy and said I wouldn’t get a refund unless I was in store. He said the only thing he can do is write my name down for the next time I was around I could pick up the Spicy Bk wrap “free of charge”. I told him it’s not free because I’ve already paid for it and now my son didn’t have dinner. I asked him how else would I be refunded for my inconvenience and he just hung up on me. I called this location back 3 times and I was purposely ignored. This Burger King has horrible service and it clearly stems from management. They don’t care to double check if items are missing. I had to ask for ketchup napkins and zesty sauce for my onions rings. I’m very disappointed. I will not be returning.

So it’s Monday august 21st at 9:45 this gentleman took my order , despite the lobby being closed he did not hesitate to still take my order thru the drive thru window ! I was so happy I was able to get out the gym and still get my favorite food from my favorite restaurant. He was polite and gave exceptional costumer service . Thank you I will be coming back again for sure :))
Lobby was closed, I went to drive through. Then, I was told they had no kind of soda. Management needs to do better.

I definitely don’t take the time out to write a review on a fast food restaurant. But, this particular Burger King is probably the best one around. Every single time I’ve been there(in the drive through) the food has been extremely fresh and hot! The people working there are cool and chill. Good job!
