This what y’all allowing them to serve spoiled green bacon , this is unexceptionable, this is nit right and the person who put it on there knew this . I wonder how many other times they done this. The health inspector will see this , this is crazy that they would be willing to get someone sick, im very upset fire the whole crew apparently they can’t read a simply order and the manager he just as incompetent he don’t care either he to busy looking for a new job i doubt he get one cause he can’t do this simple job CLOSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ASAP THEY DESTROYING THE BRAND

No Hair nets!!! I Found hair in my fries. I been coming to this BK since November and they never have biscuits! And the employees don't wear hair nets.

If I could leave zero stars i would. I showed up with my family at 10:20p.m mind you this location closes at 11p.m we pulled up to the intercom waited a few mins no one took our order. We then pulled up to the first window where we had to honk the horn 3 times to get a worker to the window. She told us they were closed and she couldn't take our order unless it was a mobile order because she was the only employee due to everyone calling off. First of all that's to much info for a customer(i don't want to hear you whining about your workplace and position.)that's just trying to get some food. If you're not the store owner I don't see how and why you can set your own hours for a store to close when they clearly close at 11p.m just shows how lazy this employee was.
I got mine to go staff was friendly and service was pretty quick.

I walked in, I wasn't greeted. There was no one at register. But they turned to look at me. After waiting 3 mins, someone finally walks over, tells me to wait a minute. And walks away, no sense ot urgency, just slow-moving. I waited another minute and walked out. 2nd one I went to today trying to order food and didn't receive an ounce of customer service. 😒 im HUNGRY, I just got off a 9 hour workshift and did not feel like cooking. But hey, here i go taking an hour and a half bus ride home, to go cook.

The food was hot and fresh! All of it.. We got chicken fries, onion rings, and cheesy tots. I didn’t give 5 stars because the wait was too long..
They are never open at 6am. Like it says I have to wait til 7 for them to open. I even called them and they don’t even answer. I seen a man there but he did is run out the place just to sit with some girl in the parking lot. They need to do waaaaay better. Poeple are out here depending on a hot breakfast but instead….. no response very bad service .so I ended up leaving .

Worse customer service you can get. I went through the drive through and had to park to get my order, which was fine. I got my order and had to go back in because they forgot my nieces orange juice. The lady got an attitude as if I offended her, I wouldn't recommend this location.

This place is one to be desired. Too much idle chatter amongst staff. Better etiquette needed for greeting customers.
Hair nets needed for staff in the cooking area handling food.
There was a young lady also working w/o a net or cap on her head F/B 5-08, 200 +lbs.

It's like a cemetery. No energy no personality, sagging pants, attitudes everywhere and long waits. Employees never make you feel welcomed and my time is not valuable to the staff. They act as though they have better places to be. I spent 10 minutes in the drive-thru then decided to come inside where I stayed another 15 minutes before leaving. I won't be going back... EVER!
