Worse customer service you can get. I went through the drive through and had to park to get my order, which was fine. I got my order and had to go back in because they forgot my nieces orange juice. The lady got an attitude as if I offended her, I wouldn't recommend this location.

A Cotton

This place is one to be desired. Too much idle chatter amongst staff. Better etiquette needed for greeting customers.

Hair nets needed for staff in the cooking area handling food.

There was a young lady also working w/o a net or cap on her head F/B 5-08, 200 +lbs.

It's like a cemetery. No energy no personality, sagging pants, attitudes everywhere and long waits. Employees never make you feel welcomed and my time is not valuable to the staff. They act as though they have better places to be. I spent 10 minutes in the drive-thru then decided to come inside where I stayed another 15 minutes before leaving. I won't be going back... EVER!

I don’t eat fast food, kebab (disgusting for me, of course. How can you eat meat pressed on a roller, where you don't know if it's a ox, a pig, a chicken or a rat), chinese food. Only lebanese meal.

Asked for a whopper with cheese with no bun because of an allergy. Is this really what they gave me? The cheese was stuck to the top of the paper and the bun was put in another little paper baggie. The veggies completely separate. Goodness, this is crazy.

They completely screwed up my order - the burger I wanted cut in half wasn't, and it still had the lettuce and onions on it, the Sprites all tasted awful, and I didn't get the onion rings or BBQ sauce...and the workers want $15/hr.?!? Maybe try filling the orders CORRECTLY!
