They completely screwed up my order - the burger I wanted cut in half wasn't, and it still had the lettuce and onions on it, the Sprites all tasted awful, and I didn't get the onion rings or BBQ sauce...and the workers want $15/hr.?!? Maybe try filling the orders CORRECTLY!

Never again. I placed an online order at 6:15, went to pick up at 6:22. I didn’t leave the drive thru until 6:45 PM. Absolutely ridiculous. The lack of urgency and professionalism is a consistent theme at this Burger King. I just worked 10 hours and wanted a quick and fast dinner and it took them 30 minutes to make a Whopper and a Wrap. Get real, I will never again be coming back to this burger king. I don’t want to hear the damn drama going on while i’m sitting there waiting for my food.
Get professional management and hire people who actually need and want a job.

I needed to use the bathroom and I waited in line to get the key just for him to say they're out of order SMH of course I was mad I'm 65 year's old and Ik sometimes they don't let the public use the bathrooms so they don't have to go and clean it up.

This is the closest Burger King near my house. My mom likes to go 1-2 times a month. We always go through the drive-thru. I don't like the fact that when you use the drive-thru, they ask you to pull up past the pick up window then reverse back to the pick up window. I'm sure it's to keep their drive thru times low, but it's an inconvenience and not safe. I would rather just park my car and go in...
Food is usually hot, and order is correct. No complaints other than the pulling up and reversing thing.

This Burger King is always out of something. They are rarely full stocked to service their customers under their every day menu. I speak for myself and the experiences of others. Stop the slacking in any job you do. SMH.

The service here is terrible and the manager leaves whenever she wants and locks the doors in the middle of morning or day and go out for a long period of time and returns as if people have not being waiting and to add she always has a nasty attitude
