My only problem is they don't listen when taking orders. I ordered a medium whopper brisket meal and they gave me a small. I asked them to add an 8 piece mozzarella sticks to the order but they gave me a 4 piece and substituted it out with the fry instead of adding to the order. Other than that the food was good

I was just at Burger King ordered a #10 fish combo the fish was old and cold and soggy I tried calling back and someone picked up the phone and hung up on me I just spent 10 plus dollars on this food and there serving old food I definitely would not recommend this location

I use the drive thru because I’m temporarily disabled and every time I come here I’m told to come inside. If the order wasn’t placed, I would cancel. If you don’t use the drive thru. Remove it. I’m sick of this. And the amount of pain I’m in. It’s a reason why I wanted to go through the drive through.

It’s a mixed bag here, sometimes they’re on spot and other times they act like they don’t have anything better to do. But it’s BBKing, in & out so. Burbs are always better bc they respect their customer base more. Wish that wasn’t the case.

Superb service!!! Denson was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!! She was professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, thoughtful, and very accommodating. She made sure my grandsons kids meal had everything inside them and added the crowns. Thank you Denson for being AMAZING!!!

No way this store averages anything near 3 stars unless the franchise owner paid reviewers. For YEARS, the worst customer service of any BK and most fast foods in my 60+-year-old life. ALWAYS slow as heck and often rude. Hate coming here but my 88-year-old mom loves the onion rings and the Whiting store - which I MUCH preferred and was not only Black-owned but great service - closed suddenly. Doesn’t matter morning, noon and ESPECIALLY late night, make time to wait. And wait. And wait. The owner takes folks for granted and the servers don’t seem to care or know better.
