Just an odd experience, they got a new register system the night before so I believe I was charged more because they couldnt figure the system out but no biggie. Next, I requested my stix to be cooked longer and they were very soggy. Lastly, the lady in the drive thru kept rubbing her nose. I wanted to dine in but opted to eat in the car after the experience.

Terrible. I been here at the register 3 mins. Not one person greeted me or came to the register to take my damn order. One dread head rapped while he ran for the drive thru window. The other dude just cooked. For the most part where is the customer service. Where is the “I’ll be right with you”. I came in and said good morning to not be greeted or have an employee immediately take my order! Don’t waste your time here if customer service something you value. Cause they don’t!

My only problem is they don't listen when taking orders. I ordered a medium whopper brisket meal and they gave me a small. I asked them to add an 8 piece mozzarella sticks to the order but they gave me a 4 piece and substituted it out with the fry instead of adding to the order. Other than that the food was good
I was just at Burger King ordered a #10 fish combo the fish was old and cold and soggy I tried calling back and someone picked up the phone and hung up on me I just spent 10 plus dollars on this food and there serving old food I definitely would not recommend this location

It made me sick
I use the drive thru because I’m temporarily disabled and every time I come here I’m told to come inside. If the order wasn’t placed, I would cancel. If you don’t use the drive thru. Remove it. I’m sick of this. And the amount of pain I’m in. It’s a reason why I wanted to go through the drive through.
