It's a convenient spot. 3 times a month on way home. To the lady with the clown makeup on. Telling me to order at the speaker instead of the window, because it slows down the process. Maybe I did that because neither of us were, able to talk to each other thru the speaker. Then don't trim trees and have a giant mulching machine running in the parking lot 30ft away.

Stopped by tonight (Sunday, January 3 around 7 PM) for dessert and had a great experience. Even with a few supply issues, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my order was taken care of and that I left happy.
Shoutout to the guy with glasses and bangs and the young lady who took my order — both were friendly and professional. You don’t see customer service like this everywhere anymore. Thanks again!

My last order here has turned me off the chain altogether. They messed up my order. Cold and inedible burger. Stale fries. It’s a real shame since the Wrigleyville location closed, probably due to even worse food quality and service.

I ordered 4 pieces of chicken with fries and 1 quesadilla. The cashier, Eri**, didn't want to give me the receipt — I had to insist. Unfortunately, I didn't double-check my order right away. Once I got home, I realized I only received 3 pieces of chicken and a taco I never asked for. I was the only one at the counter, so it's hard to believe this was a simple mistake. It honestly felt intentional. I tried calling several times to report the issue, but no one picked up. Very disappointing experience.
