They're supposed to open at 6:00 a.m. however, I sat in the drive through from 6:03 a.m. until 6:16 a.m. and still no one came to the speaker to take my order. I smelled foid in the air and everything and still no service. I then went to the one on 110 E 95th and they took my order right away. This is my 2nd time here with this type of issue. I'll never go here again. Simple. I advise you not to either.

So as I place my order at the drive thru and pull to the window the cashier tells me to back up5 feet away from the window til the order is ready.. too busy worrying about company ratings... Bunch of Ghetto

0 stars for this location, 28 East 87th st. All My food was very cold n NASTY, Whooper was drowned in ketchup, sides were cold. I took it back, the manager had a very Bad/RUDE Attitude, like nothing was wrong with the food. I did take pictures, BAD customer service. NeVer again will I go back there. "Just HORRIBLE YuK"

Stable compared to the mc donalds across the street. Drive through its probably the worst thing about this place its a tight fit but at least u aren't stuck once u get in.

This was my very first time coming to this area with such an enthusiastic employee!! Yolanda was so bright and energetic even in the evening time. You could hear her energy through the drive thru speaker. This will literally be the only BK I come to when I’m in the area. If she isn’t a manager already, I honestly don’t understand why not! And not to mention, everything was fresh.

My impossible whopper was made incorrectly the previous day. I went in the next day and the managers and cook remembered me. They apologized for the mix up and gave me a whole meal for the inconvenience. The staff was very professional ????
