Cold Whopper cold fries lady hit the drive-thru who handed the food out was ignorant as all hell I wouldn't doubt if she spit the food took forever to go through the drive-thru two cars in front of you

Today, January 1, the service was complete rubbish. They made two bacon king combos in a terrible way. Raw meat and still drinks taste like stagnant water. I think because I didn't work normally yesterday. Today they did everything in a hurry. And they leave a lot to be desired. It was one of my favorite places but I am very disappointed.

My name is Edward and I'm talking about the Burger King on 75th and Ashland. I ordered three Whoppers with two million fries. They took my 40 some dollars and sent me some sloppy garbage can made food. Those Whoppers was dripping sloppy with condiments all over the place. I ordered too medium fries. They sent me two orders of fries and Dixie cups. Very unprofessional. You need to probably stand there and watch them make your food because if you order it, you're not going to like it shouldn't take people money and treat on that thing like that. Manager Maya at Burger King location refused to place my order for a cheeseburger with an impossible patty as a replacement because the bread bun was too small. I informed her that I was ok with that and this is how I normally order my cheeseburger. She told me that she was not allowed to accommodate my order. Her store manager trained them to tell customers that you can not order and impossible patty on a regular burger bun even though the customer does not eat animal flesh. Also made me purchase an item to use points that I earned for already buying items.

We waited over thirty minutes for an order and finally walked out because the order never appeared in their system. Once we got home we realized that we were charged for an order that we never received. Burger King only offered a 5.00 coupon for our inconvenience. This action is unacceptable and rude ,they should have offered much more, mj

What a terrible service I went with my husband to get an order from Dorsdan and I wanted to order food for myself and the guy who doesn't speak Spanish told me to go to the window and I put my translator in front of him and I want to order food for myself and he tells me no and no He sold me nothing, he only gave me the order from Dorsdan, what a bad service, I don't understand why they work if they are not going to serve customers.

I ordered two 8 pc chicken rings and I got back burnt sticks. I understand they were busy but however when dealing with food customer satisfaction should always be first. The manger yelled at the young lady in front of me for starting to take my order. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I did NOT enjoy my food I drove to the BurgerKing on Garfield and got wayyyy better service than this and they have a bulletproof glass window up. I won’t be back to this location

They first time I went a week ago I got a cashier named Glen who was great at his job! I appreciated his service he was polite and the food was fresh. But we went tonight and they forgot an item and gave us burnt stale cookies smh the cashier had grey locs but I didn’t get his name.
