Day time crew is 20x better than night crew i received my food before i could even sit down
This is now 3 times I've been here recently and the order taker doesn't speak English so I have to repeat my order multiple times and I still received wrong items. While several people just stand around gossiping or checking their phone instead of helping the worker who doesn't speak or understand English very well. Stop having her as an order taker. This is the only fast food within walking distance or I'd stop going there
All of the workers are incredibly sweet! Out of stock of a few things but transparent and helpful. My food was fresh and delicious. The dining room was well maintained. I did not use the bathroom but I'm sure it is as well.
Idk who was building those breakfast sandwiches this morning but they were on point👌

I had problems navigating the drive up window. I didn’t see the concrete flower bed. It could use some flowers, and a tall reflective colorful bright marker!🥰

Cold Whopper cold fries lady hit the drive-thru who handed the food out was ignorant as all hell I wouldn't doubt if she spit the food took forever to go through the drive-thru two cars in front of you

Went today 1/10/2025 and was told they were closed at 11:30. They close at midnight, and i had a pending order placed already. Horrible management

Today, January 1, the service was complete rubbish. They made two bacon king combos in a terrible way. Raw meat and still drinks taste like stagnant water. I think because I didn't work normally yesterday. Today they did everything in a hurry. And they leave a lot to be desired. It was one of my favorite places but I am very disappointed.

My name is Edward and I'm talking about the Burger King on 75th and Ashland. I ordered three Whoppers with two million fries. They took my 40 some dollars and sent me some sloppy garbage can made food. Those Whoppers was dripping sloppy with condiments all over the place. I ordered too medium fries. They sent me two orders of fries and Dixie cups. Very unprofessional. You need to probably stand there and watch them make your food because if you order it, you're not going to like it shouldn't take people money and treat on that thing like that. Manager Maya at Burger King location refused to place my order for a cheeseburger with an impossible patty as a replacement because the bread bun was too small. I informed her that I was ok with that and this is how I normally order my cheeseburger. She told me that she was not allowed to accommodate my order. Her store manager trained them to tell customers that you can not order and impossible patty on a regular burger bun even though the customer does not eat animal flesh. Also made me purchase an item to use points that I earned for already buying items.
