Define a French toast stick. What I got this morning was not that. For what they charge the least you can do is make it a real toast stick. Passing that on to the consumer in this enonomy is wrong.

Sat in line for 20 minutes. Pulled up to the 1st window and each worker looked me in my face and did not acknowledge me at all. Just wanted to ask if I should come in or was there a problem with the ordering mic.

RUDE!!!!!!! No customer service skills…… try to start out with speaking when you see someone standing at pickup. She just walks up and help the guy in front of me, after helping him she walks off. Instead of asking a simple question to the next customer…… A simple “ Can I help you? Goes a long way……..

This Burger King was once part on the neighborhood where older guys would come in and play chess. Have meeting of the minds. Now it's just a place to get food. The employees are distant from inter acting with the customer. They are dissimive and slightly rude,and that's on a good day. They seem to lack the ability to connect with the neighborhood and it obvious. They uses to give refills for coffee, not the quote policies why they can't. This sad to see that this restaurant has no connect with the community around the 79th area. I hope someone reminds them of this. I would hate to see this spot closes because the staff can't or refuse to connect with this beautiful community 🙄
