It really sucks when you order a meal after working long day pay $16 for it and then have to come home because when you bite into the vegetarian whopper it’s still frozen in the middle and they gave me a regular whopper. Makes it even more gross I had to cook, the burger in a pan at the fries were cold and tasted old to begin with a complete waste of money. I stopped coming here a couple of months back because every time I would ask for the vegetarian whopper, they would give me a regular whopper and I cannot have red meat. It makes me sick so again another waste of money in this place will not be doing this again. Today’s meal was the worst. Worst of all the lettuce was soggy. It looks like a two-year-old put the burger together shook it around in a bag and served it absolutely disgusting.

There's a worker by the name of John that works at this location who is extremely rude. I placed an order through the app and when I approached the drive through and gave my name he first told me I hadn't placed an online order. Then he tells me they don't serve biscuits at that location for breakfast. I informed him I did place an order and they do indeed serve biscuits. All burger kings do. He then asked me to pull to the windows and proceeded to hang me my food. I asked for a curtesy cup of water and he refused to give me one.

Terrible Customer Service. I asked for No Pickels! The sandwich was loaded with Pickeis. I asked for Mayo on top and bottom. I took it back and explained how I wanted the sandwich. Something so simple. The young lady, making sandwiches got very rude. I haven't been in that store in 30yrs.O well can't support a business in my own Community. SMGDH!

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber eats my total was $45 and everything I received was wrong. I guess when they get orders through delivery apps they just give you anything because they’re not seeing the customer face to face. I ordered lemonade as my drinks and they gave me pop, I ordered medium size combos and received smalls, I ordered 4 cookies and didn’t receive none of them and I ordered a extra juice pouch for my kid that I didn’t get as well. This location is beyond lazyyyy, I don’t know who they having running this location but it’s needs to be closed down asap.

Worst Burger King I've EVER been to. I stopped here for lunch, but I went to use the washroom first. I had to use the woman's restroom and it was FILTHY. Looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in DAYS. I can only imagine what the men's restroom looked like... All of the workers were sitting at a table. I made a statement about the restroom being nasty. No one responded to me. They all just looked at me like I had a problem. I preceded to walk to the front counter to place an order. FINALLY someone from the table came to take my order. I said to the young lady, "I was about to ask if anyone was working today?"... She responded, "You must got a attitude?"...I said, "No. I'm good. I woke up this morning, so I'm cool."... She responded, "Oh cause you act like you got a attitude. What you want?"...I replied, "Ma'am I don't have an attitude. All I did was make a statement about the restroom being nasty. You all looked at me like I said something wrong. I don't want anything to eat. Never mind."...I walked out. I will never purchase anything from this location ever again and this is a warning to everyone else as well. Stay far away from this ghetto and nasty establishment!

I don’t know which Burger King is worse this location or the one on Garfield! The restaurant is dirty, their are always only 2 employees in there. The food is nasty. It’s all bad! I’m not even sure why it’s still open at this point. If you’re hungry just go to the McDonald’s across the street. It’s a little better than this place.

My husband and I went into the store to order our food. My husband asked what the number was to open the door to the bathroom and she REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO US BECAUSE WE ARE WHITE. Straight up!! Then he asked "so how do you wash your hands?" If your bathroom is SUPPOSEDLY out of order. The employee just looked at us with a goofy face and said nothing. THEN...we drove up to the drive thru and wouldn't take our food order. Hmmm! Thought that we as Americans was past this behavior????!

I purchased two big fish for 7.00. I received a free order of fries from using the bk app. I gave one big fish to a guy that looked homeless. I ate inside the bk restaurant. The men's bathroom was closed. I had to wait awhile to order because only two ladies were working.
