Ordered a whopper with onion rings my order was wrong. Three onion rings came in the box the rest were fries that were burnt and I wouldn't an hour and a half of that didn't write a review because I was a few days ago. My father came today to get some tacos and this is what I received fed up with it smh I can't get it right shut down there's more BKs around

Everytime in make an order there some food missing last time some chicken nuggets were missing from my 8 piece now 3 churros was missing from my 12 piece.

I went to drive thru and angel treated me great fantastic food and it was made as i ordered it
I ordered both fried pickles and fried pickles whopper. Unfortunately they sold out the whopper (no problem). After I got my order of fried pickles, I was upset. I got legit 5 pieces and 2 were burnt. Granted it's $4.39 but that's all I wanted for lunch and was disappointed. Went to another location and it was a completely different experience

Cashier was very rude said I had to wait cause it was busy with the restaurant empty.. refusing homeless people buying another cup of coffee.. they were told can only buy coffee once.. that's not right to refuse services.. more upset over the workers lack of customer service. Her name is Maritza..unprofessional my money pays her wages I said.
