I stop at 2828 w Belmont for some lunch and the ladies there were no nice and didn’t care about my order very disappointed I never go there again they need to change all they employees Frfr thinking bout calling they Gm personally

I’ve have been going here for years. I love their food. I never had a problem with none of their employees until today. When I have gotten my order, I noticed I was missing one order of fries so I told the chick that took care of me that I had ordered two fries and that she only charged me for one so she told me I had to pay again to get another order of fries. I told her no because I had paid already and that frie should’ve been on my first bill. Then you wanna sit there and go back-and-forth with me getting loud and then she call her so-called security toy to the door.

Unable to accommodate a simple customization to a burger, even though it has been done at the same location before. Service is hit or miss at this location. Don’t recommend.
