Today I pick up some one order I notice glass broken from burger king window in the drive thru. I did not want to park my car in lots of glass so i got out my car for i get the order. The drive thru lady for burger told me go to the front of the store I bring food out to your car.It was 30 minutes I see know one bring any food to my car so I left I see why some one break out burger King window bad service

This place is the worst!!! No customer service skills, slow and still got my order wrong. It’s so unacceptable.. this is why I don’t patronize neighborhood fast food places. Do better Burger King 103rd…ijs.

To start off this complaint, I would like to say that not all Burger Kings are terrible. with that out of the way, the people working in this Burger King location is flat out trash. Not trash in the backyard garbage can sense, I mean city dumpster. And it's not their fault. It's my fault. The customer service is soooo terrible it's indescribable. On top of that, as I'm trying to get my order picked up in the drive thru, three of the women working inside were having a full blown argument. It was so loud that I could hear it through the bullet proof drive-thru window. Without fail & to no one's surprise, my order is screwed up. Bottomline, this is all of my fault. I know the type of educational background that stores like McDonald's, Burger King and the Walmart types hire from. And by next week, the person that gave me terrible service will be replaced by someone just like her as long as those stores are in those locations.

This is the WORST Burger King in America. Period. Poor execution, no customer service, no comprehension of orders given, no leadership, no direction. Everybody is doing their own thing in here. Simply put, they just...don't...care. Need proof? Just look at my Impossible Whopper. I only asked for one thing: off the broiler. Instead, I get a Whopper with no ketchup, no pickles and a pitiful tomato! Don't go to this establishment unless you want to be extremely disappointed. There isn't anything I can say positive about this place. I won't ever visit here again. The neighborhood is not all that great anyway. I wish they would close permanently. The thing of it is I LOVE the Impossible Whopper. Here though, there is no "possibility" of them getting it done right.

Got the order wrong ask for no cheese got cheese and no lettuce on whopper plus it was cold and so were the fries hardly warm the only thing was the doctor pepper pop and the clerk was polite at the drive through didn't know the good was bad until I got home. It will be a long time before I visit there again

I visited this location around 6pm on a weekend and went through the drive thru. While I was waiting at the ordering microphone, the speaker was going in and out, so obviously I didn't hear the worker, and when it finally cleared up, the worker rudely said, "Hello!" with a lot of attitude. Much more attitude then necessary when working the drive thru. While ordering, they proceeded to have an attitude with me and continuously spoke to me with a lot passive aggression. It was a very condescending tone. When I finally got my food, they gave me my drinks and they were half filled. I asked very respectfully for them to fully fill it up, so I got my money's worth, and they had the audacity to give me an eye roll and snatched the drink back. The workers there were very rude and I highly recommend not going to this location.
