The migrants don't work here at least today and business is slow but worse is they allow people to drink alcohol and beg the employees while not allowing paying customers to ask their hands in the bathroom.

You guys are straight up trash. I order the Buy one get one free and should have received 8 burgers. You send us 4. All the burgers were dry. The shake was bland and the lemonade was watery. It's always something with you'll.

Came this morning, hours say 6am for drive thru I arrived at 630 one worker ignored me at the window the other say they were closed. If we can get those hours updated that would be great !

Everyone that reads my reviews knows I do not do business on the Southside of Chicago because it’s always ghetto fabulous. Well every so often I find myself out south with no other options because I Uber part time & welp I’m back with another bad review. Stopped here to grab a bite to eat & use the restroom before hitting the road & guess what? A full running & functioning Burger King with a full OPENED DINE IN area with NO PUBLIC BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS . Not you all have the Burger King HATS ready for the kids to put on while eating food and drinking liquid and have NO place for them to use the restroom after. Just because you’re right across the street from the liquor store doesn’t mean you get to NOT take CARE of your PAYING CUSTOMERS and provide a restroom while dining in. Also Manager Wendy was ghetto fabulous as well. lol . ALWAYS THE GHETTO CASHIER .lol . Every Burger King on the Northside of Chicago has open restrooms for there paying customers why is the ghetto always so messy. Customer Service -0 So I asked for a refund & left 0/10 won’t be back.
Horrible customer service after telling the supervisor twice I what kind of sauce I wanted for the chicken they still didn't put it in the bag good thing I checked when I asked her she said instead of apologizing her response was "well he didn't knows meaning you have to tell every single employee working there what your order is,also don't ask for extra sauce you will have a better chance getting a kidney

I wanted to sum it up to lack of workers and give it grace, but my grace period is over.It’s the lack of communication between the workers literally. There’s a language barrier where things are consistently lost in translation.It’s the cognitive dissonance of the manager, the one with the braids, locs or whatever she wants them to be.They’re open whenever they feel like it.Mobile orders go in and out that location and they successfully fail at paying attention to who the orders belong to.I’ve been in this city for a month and this location is very convenient to where I live. For the locals here, I can see why someone would swing on all of them. They deserve it.But I would rather walk on hot rocks with open sores on my feet barefoot to any other BK than entertain the incompetence that is Burger King on 7 E Garfield. Because when I say that each and everyone of them suck, they honestly do. Especially the guttersnipe of a manager and her puppet Speedy Gonzalez. Close this place down if anything.
