My Whopper was missing several ingredients.

Burger was not cooked all the way through and was cold the fires were over cooked and cold. We took them back and an Indian female manager refused to help and only offered to put them in the microwave. Worse service ever. We just left and wasted our money.

This place is not great. They charged me for cheese and didn’t even put it on the burger. The fries are garbage as well. Burger King has extremely poor quality now. The meat is cooked in a tray in a microwave. It was $20 for a medium meal and they gave me a small drink

Workers are useless. I ordered a frozen lemonde, item is listed as $2.69 on the kiosk and got charged $5 at the counter paying in cash, worker snached the note out of my hand before I could even ask about it. Got told that they can't do anything about it, because the kiosk has "promotional prices" this makes no sense. Literally got robbed. They don't even how to do their jobs properly.

Ordered a Whopper meal. The sandwich was all bread, could barely taste the burger. Had to take off the bottom bun to even taste the meat and the bread looked burnt. Why is airport food so bad?

Charge + $1.50 for Coke Zero with combo compared to +$1 for Diet Coke with breakfast combo. And don’t even carry Coke Zero. Ripped off

I am not sure why everyone is so cruel on reviews here bc my experience was amazing. I ordered at the kiosk w contactless credit card in 5 min, I waited 10 min for my food, I had the option to add onion rings to my impossible burger (meatless burger is soooo good) for only $0.30 extra and got 6 cute onion rings inside the sandwich which they spread out well, I could opt out for mayo (which they will usually put unless you ask it not to be added if they recall), I added mustard and ketchup, ordered fries that comes w the combo, had the option to add a whole order of small onion rings for $3.49, got a small Minute Maid lemonade fountain drink w my combo meal, the small fries were nice and hot and lightly crispy on the outside (I like the old version when they came out with an extra crispy fry), they added ample Heinz ketchup packets (6), and included 6 to 7 napkins which is just right (not a waste but not just 1-2). So despite my flight delay, I got to eat for a total of $17.65 after $1.86 in tax plus the $0.30 extra for cute onion rings in the meatless burger. Better than starving at the airport after everything closes. I just wish the impossible burger were a bit thicker. And more well done even tho it’s not real meat. I will ask them in person for that bc there was no option to write a comment in the kiosk. But overall a great experience for someone who doesn’t eat most meat.

Vegetarian options: Most fast food places don’t offer the impossible burger meat. I don’t like bean burgers (too mushy) and others. White Castle offers the impossible burger but it’s more mushy and small without the vast options of onions and tomato and onion rings inside.

Dietary restrictions: They have the meatless impossible burger. McDonald’s does not so BK is my choice for fast food.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s inside the airport so wheelchairs can go around easily

Easily the worst Burger King I've ever had in my life. My bar is low for Airport food but this was basically unedible. No seasoning at all, bare minimum of cheese. Rough.....

Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes for my food for a small fries and small burger. I asked for assistance and no one helped me. I was not provided any compensation or notice for the long wait. I waited in between many people. Terrible service, please do not use the app or order - it’s worth the money despite being the cheapest spend on some overpriced food elsewhere.

There was no apology either.

They only mess up orders like they messed up mine and others waiting today. Also, they don’t give you things what you have ordered. I ordered three fish burgers and after making us wait for 20 mins they’re telling us we don’t have it, then why did u take our order.

This is supposed to be fast food. The bill for 1 adult and 2 kids was almost $50. It also took over an hour to get our food. The cooks just kept making food with no one actually putting it together and getting it to guests. Good thing our flight was delayed or we all would have gone hungry
