Worst Burger King I’ve been to. Had no coke, sprite, barbecue, the tv’s for the menu had turned off, and no cup holders! Soda machine was out of order as well. Get that truck order accurate and get service in there asap

Extremely disappointed in this location. The manager at this establishment is clearly incompetent and not fit to manage a team. I stopped by this morning to get some food since I was looking forward to Friday. The manager was working the window and was extremely rude and very aggressive. I understand people have bad mornings so I even apologized because I thought I did something wrong. I recognized this woman from a previous negative encounter I had at this same location. While I was waiting for my food, I could also hear the manager yelling at her staff . I would highly recommend corporate to watch their cameras and listen in to this joke of a manager because this behavior and harassment should not be tolerated in the workplace. I’ve been coming here for years and the staff and other team members have always been incredibly polite and friendly. I have never felt compelled to write a negative review until now but that kind of behavior was extremely uncalled for and disrespectful.

They didn't have medium cups, when taking my order when I had received my order I didn't have ketchup or napkins,when I had asked they said they had ran out of those items and were out of stock.

The head store manager managed to mess up my order twice being extremely rude about it. Being very inconsiderate and giving out microaggressions towards me. I do not appreciate or tolerate this behavior as I also have experience working in fast food restaurants.

I loved the service and kindness I received today. The two ladies were polite, helpful, and quick to assist. The receipt machine wasn't printing and cashier has a long name, similar to Esmeralda but hard to see, so I can't provide a formal feedback. My go-to spot.

The cashier girl told me that I gave her a fake $100 and she didn’t wanted to receive me the money, i had to pay with card and then I went to the bank to verify that the bill was a real one and as I knew it was a real one. Awful service.
