I had a reservation for today, 1/6/24 at noon and no one and mean no one is here! Lights out and door locked! Why would you allow OpenTable to take Reservations set 4 days ago plus a reminder sent the day before for an establishment not even opened! Very unprofessional and I will definitely spread the word!PS: To the owner it was the Midway Location the reservation was set for! No mistake on OpenTable's part! MIDWAY LOCATION WAS NOT OPEN DURING SCHEDULED HOURS AND FROM WHAT I SEE NOT THE 1ST TIME!! Again UNPROFESSIONAL!

My husband and I had a reservation for Saturday, 1/6/24 at noon. Upon arrival we noticed there were no cars parked in the small area in front of Tavern at Midway. To our shocking surprise as we approached the establishment, it was closed. Lights out, doors locked and no one was there! This was our 1st time visiting this location (and last!!) and it was very unprofessional and extremely unacceptable for a business to operate like this. No notice, no warning, no explanation, NOTHING! Just closed during scheduled opening hours according to their website. Also, as I read another review before submitting mine on google, this is not the 1st time this has taken place. Therefore I would beware before setting a reservation...it maybe a wasted trip!
This is a sad and sorry spot in the Holiday Inn. When we arrived at 6:15pm on a Saturday night the manager at the front of the hotel said the tavern owners decided to close down for the night, the second night in a row, and that since the hotel didn't control the owners of the restaurant there was nothing they could do. So yes we drove to this restaurant with a reservation on Open Table and the owners had just closed it.

We had a wonderful time at this establishment, a hidden gem and great addition to the area. I look forward to visiting again. We went for dinner and to watch The Bears game. Everyone there was friendly and professional.

It wasn't really necessary to reserve a table, it seems , however when we got there it felt like we were the only ones there in a good way. The waiter was outstanding, courteous, and accommodating. They do add your gratuity on your check automatically. And the place was romantic. It is attached to the holiday Inn, and you can just walk right through the hall to the other side, from and to the hotel lobby to the restaurant. The food was great and prepared as you requested. I loved it .

The burgers would be so so good if the food quality was up to par. The sauces taste amazing, the fries are well seasoned, but the burger tasted pre frozen. I feel sorry for the food team there.Kid-friendliness: You can bring kids in though it's a bar

I expected more from a place with burger in the name. I was a lackluster preformed patty- actually 2. The t called it a stuffed burger but it was more of a stacked burger. The strawberry margarita was awful. I came because of the burger/ bar combo but left unfulfilled. The 2 stars are for the onion rings.
