Burke's Public House Reviews
Some of the best food in the area! Great customer service, sometimes slow, but their friendliness and beyond delicious food make up for it.
Check your bartender on Sunday night on February 25. We made our way over and was there at 8:22, your bartender turned us away and said the kitchen was already closed (even though it doesn’t close until 9 on Sundays) and refused to seat us. Not a great way to treat customers who used to love this place. Never again.
Get it together Burke’s!
I had my 60th birthday party at Burke's. It was awesome! We had the party room and it worked great. We NEVER had to ask for food to be brought out as they kept up with it all and replenished as needed. We had a dedicated bartender who was great. The staff were constantly clearing plates and glasses through our 3 hours there. Such a great place and such great staff!

Burke's Public House is a traditional bar with a neighborhood feel, great for watching games with friends or catching up over drinks. The place can get busy on Friday nights, but everyone seems to be having a good time. The Chipotle Chicken Wrap and Burke and Bacon Burger are highly recommended, especially with the delicious waffle fries and garlic sauce on the side. The ambiance is cozy with high tables in front and back, and the environment is very welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure every guest has a good experience. The Friday night fish and chips are a must-try, served piping hot with generous portions and fresh cod. Many regulars enjoy coming here, especially during Trivia Night in the other room. The restaurant sometimes faces busy weekends, and on one visit, the food was short of supply. The cocktails can be strong, but the brunch and a vodka shot as a thank-you for patience were appreciated. Outside seating is available on nice mornings. The menu includes monthly specials, with a popular turkey burger made entirely in-house. The beer selection is good, and the Fish Fry every Friday is a favorite. Service is decent, though some find the fish and chips $18 a bit overcooked, served with coleslaw, tater sauce, and plain green peas, which could use a touch of salt and butter. Overall, Burke's offers a clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
