Burrito Beach - North Ave

I went here for the $6 burrito day and asked if all the burritos were $6, they said “yes, all the build your own burritos were $6”. I was charged $9 for the steak burrito and they said I should have read the fine print. Lots of false advertising here, I will not be going back.

The food was good and the workers were friendly, but I think it's a bit pricey. Got 2 small burritos and 2 bottles of Spanish drinks for $40. It was an extra charge for the guacamole and it was about 3 teaspoons as I watched the girl put it on the burritos.

It's been two times getting food from there .
My food taste a little bit like charcoal . I was standing in front the girl who was cooking at the grill table and seem like the grill is not cleaned enough to remove the black burning sauces, so the girl keeps cooking over the black charcoal that is building during the whole day shift, which turns the food unhealthy and seem not hot enough when they serve them..
I asked one of the girl that the grill has to be cleaned periodically after finishing cooking an order or move the items to the cleaned spot..but not clean spot left cause the whole completely grill turned completely black...
The girl said to me that the grill will be completely at the end of the shift ...I said not way Jose !!
My food had debris from the scratching spatula over the grill...
Hope this will change..otherwise, I move to Chipotle..

From the moment you walk in, the vibrant décor and friendly staff make you feel right at home.
The menu is extensive, offering everything from classic tacos to delicious bowls. We got tacos( bit pricey compared to the quantity) and burrito bowl with buffalo chicken—definitely a must-try! The meat was tender and flavorful, paired beautifully with fresh cilantro and onions. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste.

I ordered a Bowl and man it was bad. Rice tasted like Uncle Bens rice or Rice in a Box lol. Guacamole was watered down and tasted like Guac sold in a Squeeze bottle at Walmart lol. Shrimp over cooked and smoothered in some mystery sauce. Three co-workers ordered food and all three of us were dissapointed to say the least.

Went there for a last minute lunch and the guy who took care of my order was so rude. He was rushy and wouldn’t give me time to make a decision on my order. There wasn’t even anybody behind me waiting and he was repeating himself with an elevated voice trying to hurry me to the register. He was even rushing his employees out the way and causing confusion the register. He was mad about something I guess. And after all of that I look at my food and my tacos are soggy and pushed to one side because of how he was handling my food. Never coming back again

The service is great and so is the atmosphere. Very clean, well-lit and nice casual music. I ordered the chicken tacos and got lots of toppings. I thought it was going to taste better than it did. The chicken was cooked very well but the flavor of everything overall was good, but I expected better. If I had to choose between this and chipotle, it’s definitely chipotle for the flavor.
