Giving 3 stars bc the food was very good however timing was not. I had an order of 3 fried rice and two pad woo sen right at open for a work break it took twice as long and my workers and myself had about 10 min to eat.

I received poor treatment as a customer at Butterfly Sushi. I left my phone number with the hostess when entering my name for a table, which she gladly accepted and wrote next to my name. Hours later, after waiting outside in the cold, I entered the restaurant to check the status of my table. I was shocked to see that my name had been crossed off the list. I raised this concern with the hostess, who told me that I was removed because I did not answer my phone when they called. I did not receive a phone call. I displayed my call log to the hostess to demonstrate this. Upon seeing this, she apologized and told me that she would arrange for the next available table. My party and I left the restaurant (we ate at Tsukiji Fish Market, 1156 W. Grand Ave, and had a delightful experience there). While dining at Tsukiji Fish Market, I received a phone call from Butterfly Sushi, notifying me that my table was ready, proving that my number was available to the hostess all along.
