I was going to pick up an order I am a black grubhub delivery driver i went in to check the status of the order it wasn't ready so I went back outsi to check on my car and when I went back to enter it restaurant the door was locked one of the employees locked me out it made me feel uncomfortable and if I wanted to go there on an off day i wouldn't I felt disrespected and racially profiled

We stumbled upon this restaurant while we were taking a walk in our neighborhood and decided to go in. It was a comfortable atmosphere, nice color. It was consistently busy but not over crowded. They had good Covid policies in place. The margaritas were HUGE and while not the best we've had, they were still good! I had a mole dish and it was so good I accidentally ate the entire plate instead of bringing some home for lunch the next day as planned! My husband had a burrito and enjoyed his as well. The service was a little slow, but we weren't in a rush and know that has been a challenge many establishments have been facing due to the pandemic. We will stop in again.

Abosolutely some of the best Mexican food in Chicago! Small restaurant with a family influence home made food just yum I'm almost sorry to be so positive but I want them to do well even if I might have trouble getting in to eat. I would feel terrible if i didn't share my feelings with everyone. Go do not wait there that good!

Disappointed. We always get their carne asada dinner. Quality was not what is was previously. Meat was dry, one had a lot of salt. Refried beans were very bland and watery. Even the rice was a bit tough. Don't know if they changed cooks, but, will think twice before getting it again. And it wasn't even busy.

So this is a bit heart breaking, used to be our fav neighborhood margarita place! Even after pandemic, so happy it reopened. But last month, we each had one of the larger

Amazing food and service! We came on a busy night and there was only one server working. Maria did an amazing job keeping up with everything, she refilled our chips and salsa and took our orders in a timely manner. The food was very good, highly recommend the chimichanguitas for appetizers. Definitely coming back soon!

This neighborhood's an odd one: there's lots of taco joints, but very few sit-down Mexican restaurants with full bars, etc. O'Manny's (fun name, BTW) gets it right, with all of the hits: boozy margs, good guac and large menu. Highly recommend.

Just all around great. Love the attention to detail with their nachos, every chip is a perfect bite!

Great restaurant, food was delicious. I hadn't been there in years and it appears they remodeled or maybe just let more light in. Place was extremely clean and tables spaced out for covid. I had the fried chicken and my sister had the combination. Both were excellent. Prices are great and service was also great! I will definitely be back.

I was happy to hear they were offering indoor dining. We came in about an hour before close and they were happy to seat us. Service and food was great, will definitely be going back!

We have been going here for many years, especially before they closed down and reopened. And actually we used to go to the original that was located at Hamlin and Elston Ave, back in the early 90’s. Maria is a great waitress that always took care of us for many years. The new version, I think they now call this place O’Mannys, is still good but not the same as we remember it. All the food here is very good. The reason we stopped going here is because I found a chopped up rubber band in my mini burritos the last time we did take out and I can’t seem to get over it. I’m assuming the cook forgot to take off the rubber band from the bunch of cilantro and chopped it up and threw it in my food. Unfortunate mistake. I would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice sit down, old fashioned Mexican restaurant.
