Caboo offers a fantastic fusion of Japanese, American, and Mexican food. The sushi is amazing and set at a great price, while dishes like the chicken enchiladas, steak tacos, and Caboo burgers are delicious and juicy. The food is fresh and orders come out quick. The service is phenomenal, attentive, friendly, and the best. The place is very clean and aesthetic. They have Banda on Saturday nights. While the mojitos and Paloma Negra are delicious, some drinks are not that great for the price. It is an awesome place with a very nice experience.
