Cabra Reviews
The food was absolutely amazing! The view and atmosphere were great as well. We went on a busy Saturday night but the staff were all attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. 10 out of 10 service. We were in town visiting and would highly recommend Cabra!
Great and fun atmosphere. Beautiful place and fantastic views. Food and drinks delicious
We dined at Cabra Chicago tonight, the rooftop restaurant located atop the Hoxton Hotel. The restaurant offers stunning views of the city, and the atmosphere is inviting.
We started our meal with the Blue My Away and Tamarindo Fashioned cocktails. Both cocktails were beautifully presented and expertly crafted.
We ordered the goat empanadas, salmon saltado, and tuna tataki. All were a delicious blend of Peruvian and Asian flavors cooked to perfection.

Cabra offers a unique blend of Peruvian cuisine with Japanese flavors, perfect for sharing. Located on the rooftop of Hoxton Hotel, it provides stunning city views and a pleasant atmosphere. Highlights include the homemade sweet potato and tortilla chips with avocado dip, crab dip, and the memorable lomo saltado. Guests have praised the brunch, especially for the life-changing omelette and Salchipapas.
The restaurant features a variety of stand-out dishes, such as the halibut, tuna dip, and Jalen Swiss chard empanadas. Visitors can also enjoy lovely cocktails and request a window seat to take in the stunning sunset and city lighting. The friendly and accommodating staff ensures a great dining experience, even during busy nights.
Cabra is praised for its amazing flavors, lively atmosphere, and beautiful views. While the authenticity of the Peruvian food may be debated, the restaurant remains a great destination for those seeking a wonderful dining experience.
