I enjoyed a nice breakfast this morning with a great view of the city. The Cafe staff was very delightful. Very disappointed to find out I was not allowed to use the restroom when I asked a lady at the entrance. I did not stick around to argue that as a paying customer I should be allowed to use the restroom!

We were lucky this place was open late on the day we were visiting. Excellent skyline views of the city and a very good menu selection! Their southwest salad was really good value for money. Would come back again.

The food was... good enough but way overpriced. The service was terrible. It felt like they were trying to rush us through the line and ended up forgetting one of our meals. The food took so long that we didn't have time to wait for the missing food, so someone had to go hungry until after the show. Needless to say, we ate elsewhere after.

Gorgeous views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline. The roasted veggie sandwich was delicious, as was the lavender iced latte that I ordered. They have a decent selection of baked goods, and cold items like fruit and deli sandwiches. Pricing is alright considering it’s inside the planetarium, only complaint is that once you exit onto the deck you are not allowed re-entry unless you walk all the way down to the main entrance.

The veggie sandwich was good, and small fries were loaded up! The seating was lovely, and you have a great view. The prices of the food are not bad. I saw that people ordered the pizza, and it was big portion sizes. I would definitely get that if I wanted to eat here again. They even serve alcohol but it is overpriced. The service was nice and the area was kept clean. The food comes out pretty fast, and they call out the orders. The bakery items also looked delicious and huge. They have a coffee and donut combo for $6. Great cafe!

My experience was horrible, our reservations was around 11:05 am and she told us to order to order before hand, the woman that was serving us started yelling at us,they ran out of the chicken bacon swiss, bit our group already ordered before hand, she told told we weren't allowed to take our food outside,they switched the menu three times, she forgot some of our food, she messed up our food, the pizza was okay, but the fries were better, the drinks is way to expensive aswell as the food, like back home where I come from pizza is 7 dollars but the pepperoni pizza is 12.50, when our reservations was finished she start kicking us out and told us to throw away the food away that we paid for, the overall atmosphere was and is overwhelming, I wouldn't recommend going to this Cafe with your school.
Cafeteria is dirty. Pay someone to clean. Food is terrible. It's Chicago food should be better. Sent cold fries back that looked like it had been sitting for a while. They were dark and cold. Instead of giving me new fries they just re cooked the same fries. Terrible service and they were never friendly thru ordering and taking care of my fries.

Forty minutes waiting for some moderate chicken tenders…that was over $100 for six people. You pay to get in, then spend all your time waiting on the food.
