It's been a wonderful tradition every year to go during the holidays and it never disappoints!
Ambience was wonderful, love the harp player. Service was awesome, they refill the tea often. Food...dessert and sandwiches were okay. Scones and tea were good! Overall great experience!
1st time for Holiday Tea and will def be back. Beautiful in every way. Delicious food with a number of seasonal/holiday items. We were unable to finish everything so we were able to take it home. Excellent selection of teas as well as Christmas themed cocktails. The ambiance was lovely; a harpist, the fountain, and winter decor that felt like Narnia. Service was impeccable and so attentive. There is a time limit however we never felt rushed and were encouraged to relax and enjoy. We saw singles, families, couples, friends, and generations of women. It was a wonderful, memorable, way to start the holiday season. It was my daughter's bday and our server brought out a cake with a candle, so thoughtful.
We had a great experience as we do every year. Although I was a little taken back this year that our server kept telling us we were gonna be charged if we wanted more than one serving
A beautiful space for afternoon tea, delicious teas and sandwiches/desserts to enjoy throughout the afternoon. A great place for a family tradition. We love it here and love coming back for the holiday tea!
Very loud environment for a tea, it was difficult to hear the 4 people I was sitting at the table with. The pastry presentation was cute, but the taste was underwhelming. Our favorite parts were the look of the room and the harpist.
I had a fantastic time at their afternoon tea. Because I had indicated it was my birthday in the reservation, both hostesses immediately said "happy birthday." They gave me a little paper cake on a stick so any staff that came to the table also said "happy birthday." It really made the experience feel very special. The tea itself was lovely. The selections of food were delicious. It was a great treat.
It's always a beautiful experience at Palm Court. Brought my almost 13 year old granddaughters and they really loved the ambiance but one is a bit picky so had some trouble with the food. Not Palm Court's fault, just wished we could have ordered off a small kids menu. That being said, it is high tea, after all, and nothing compares to the one here. Grandma (me) had a great time and ate everything. Love the harpist. So elegant and even got to see the Christmas tree. They take great care of you here and it's such an amazing experience!!
Amazing experience having the holiday tea experience. The ambiance was amazing and my server was a gem! Highly recommend this unique experience.
It was wonderful! I had a fabulous time! The food was delicious and the high tea was so elegant.

All I can say is wow. The service was immaculate and the tea bites were amazing. I'll have to return.
Excellent staff!! The decor needs some updating though. The food was just ok, nothing really stood out. Tea, however, was excellent!
Generally things were good. Two of us really needed to be sitting in a chair rather than on the low bench with no back rest.
The Drake is unmatched for ambiance and aesthetics. It's simply gorgeous. The service is wonderful and made up for the food. My party and I felt that the food was lacking a bit for the price point. We weren't huge fans of most of the options, but the scones were very good.
Service was attentive and on time. The harp player played beautiful songs and the noise level was tolerable. The tea was good but food need improvement. The salmon was fishy, egg salad had no flavor, and my grandchild peanut butter and jelly was on rock hard white bread. Nothing really stood out but we all agreed the chocolate cake was the best thing we tried. Go for the nostalgia and experience.
