I love Cafe Prague! We always get the potato pancakes, but this time we ordered them with the Brie and mushrooms, it was a good call!! The mushrooms were so fresh and it all just tasted amazing together. I ordered the salmon and it was also delicious. The bread comes with a pate made from pork and chicken, it's fantastic. Highly recommended!!
Excellent experience. Everything was so thoughtfully done from the decor to the recipes to the service to the presentation. Lovely place. Delicious food
We love Cafe Prague. On Valentine's Day they had new items on the menu. I tried the mixed grill (Steak, chicken and shrimp) and it was fantastic. Also love the pate that comes with the bread. The service was great too. ❤️
After experiencing Czech food on vacation this summer in Prague, we were extremely happy to find Cate Prague when visiting Chicago. Whole family enjoyed high quality food that reminded us of our trip. Reasonably priced too, including drinks.
Amazing atmosphere, great selection of local and Czech food, and welcoming staff members. Some waitresses were not as knowledgeable about the food ingredients and beverage as I would expect. Overall, we had a good time and we would come back again.

Excellent Czech/Boehmian food in a city that used to have so much of it and now has very little. It doesn't look like much, but that doesn't matter. Show up, take a risk, have a great meal you literally can't have anywhere else in Chicago anymore. Spring for the herbal aperitif shot on tap and the Karlovarsky dumplings. Dont ask, just do it.
The best European dining experience we've had in a while. Good German and Polish restaurants seem to be disappearing from the Chicago scene, once known for them. Cafe Prague fills that void so beautifully! Ready for a feast like Grandma used to serve? Head to Cafe Prague!
Great place! I recommend it to everyone! Very tasty and not expensive! +1 regular customer! 👍

Located in the northwest corner of the city, the restaurant offers Czech cuisine with a nice selection of beer to go with the food. I enjoyed the Moravian-style roast pork with the addition of the pickled beets. Definitely paired well with the pilsner and lager available. It certainly felt as though I had been to Prague, with staff and many patrons conversing in Czech.

Wonderful authtic Czech food! Excellent service. Was a bit surprised by the lights and loud Czech Disco type music. Don't know if that was because there was a birthday party or if it is a regular occurrence. We sat in back so wasn't really a problem.
