My husband is part Czech and Slovak, so we went to Cafe Prague for his birthday dinner. It was about a 45 minute drive, but worth it. We found on street parking in what appears to be a nice neighborhood. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. White tablecloths and fresh flowers on some tables gave a classy touch. Our server was friendly and attentive and answered questions. We shared haluski as an appetizer, and it was delicious. For entrees we had beef dishes koprova and Czecch roast beef. Both came with bread dumplings and generous servings of gravy. It was a tasty meal. I took a box for leftovers. My husband had room for dessert and had the sweet cheese crepes served with ice cream, whipped cream, and a caramel sauce. They were a satisfying end to a wonderful dinner. This place is a gem, and we hope more people try it.
