Cafe Selmarie is a cozy, friendly neighborhood bakery and cafe that serves fantastic food, including dinners. The staff are known to love their customers, providing top-notch service. The food is presented well and tastes good, though the salmon can be a bit salty. The apple crumble is satisfying, and the pesto and eggs as well as the cinnamon roll are delicious. Despite some minor issues with space and parking, the atmosphere is above average and has a lovely, unpretentious vibe. Unfortunately, the restaurant has permanently closed after a 20+ year run, leaving a void in the neighborhood.
